[X] Plan Key And Ki
I doubt that we're getting everything in Plan Acquire Knowledge, to be honest.Damnit this is a HARD choice. Acquire Knowledge will leave us with only 12 points to use in the last round, which unnerves me. But the loot would be good.
Key and Ki leaves us with 18 points at full success, but given Xanatos has taken interest I really don't think we're getting the scrolls at the base price.
it is very unlikely that we win all 3 items, most likely outcome that we will be left with 17 points, which is good for acquiring one 3rd turn item. Second plan leave us with 22 points, which will tempt us to play risky and split them on two items.Damnit this is a HARD choice. If Xanatos can't outbid her, it's probably 20+ bid. At least 15+.Not our job. She was stopped in cannon, she will be stopped here.He is probably going to make at least one minimum bid for the cookbook and another for the scrolls, probably more than that. Depending on how much he spends in this stage, he may not have enough cash around to do any blocking, particularly if she is here for something other than David's main priority, whatever that happens to be.
Two vote difference.
What if 12 points isn't enough to get a really cool item in R3
If everyone wants the Encantus or something like that we might need to drop 18 on one item (18 is the leftover if we get both key n Ki items)
The only reason to even think about the sword :
Technor the Mechanical Man and the Master of the Tri-State Area.
I mean, Bowler Hat man hasn't spent any money yet. If he came here specifically for the Encantus, then I could see him putting 15 down on it.I really want to know where the assumption that a single round 3 item is going to cost more than double its starting bid is coming from.
It's unlikely that we win all 3 items, and by winning 2 we left with 17 points which I think is right amount for 3rd turn. Worst case if we win all 3 we can just go for item with less competition. Two vote difference.

It's not right to assume that 3rd round plays the same as previous two, since people will stop holding points for future turns. I think we need to estimate how many points participant most likely held at the start and subtract their previous acquisitions. If for example Horvath had 15 points at start and didn't acquire anything before we can expect bid on 15 points from him.I really want to know where the assumption that a single round 3 item is going to cost more than double its starting bid is coming from.
