Now we just combine impulse seals with explosive seals and become a human artillery unit.
No destroying the swamp! There's shinies in here!
Think of the mind control spores! The esoteric poisons! The chakra organs that could be studied!
Seriously though, we should at least collect any poisons we can find. Poisons work by having physiological effects, so if you dilute them enough you could end up with a valuable medicine. We haven't really done much with Noburi's medical knowledge as far as research goes (at least compared to sealing), so I want to make it more useful.
It's not that complicated either. You take a poison, dilute it until it stops immediately killing the target, and then start feeding it to mice or some other animal. Then observe what it's doing to the animal. You may first have to isolate the different compounds in the poison, depending on whether it's just one substance or a mixture of them, but I'm sure Noburi can manage that.
Do you want to camp on the island next to the collapsed caves and ghosts of your dead friends
Did we, though?
Apparently we did lose some friendos.
I call bullshit on that.Apparently we did lose some friendos.
Its better than nothing, unless you wanna take a pit stop at Nagi island...?
Presumably. Note that teaching civilians to use chakra is essentially impossible. No one you know has done it, no one you know has ever claimed that one of their friends did it. The only references to it are legends and myths like the Liberator. If we want to transfer it to a dying civilian we'd need to teach them how to control chakra first, right?
smhI'm actually kind of interested in finding out if 13-stacks always cause a failure, or if that one just had a bad infusion in it.
See @eaglejarl, told you we'd produce more fun failures in the future.
Why does SV not have a '' rating?Uhhh.
...
Yes!
If theres any better time to try to nonlethally get in touch with the afterlife, its while our psyche-soul is still reeling from the scroll trauma, in a place of super dense natural chakra, and next to a bunch of dead people that we had a personal connection with.
How about it folks?
Because it would become the only react, of course.
Well if Naruto demands to join Gouketsu because of Jiraiya sentimentalism, which is what was implied before, there's not much we can do. Also, we still don't know how much formal votes (compared to the informal influence you have if the kage ignores what you want) even matter for anything besides kage elections.Naruto is not joining Gouketsu. Sacrificing the Uzumaki clan is just insane sentimentalism.
Well if we taught a civilian to control chakra...wouldn't they become a ninja? If we want to transfer it to a dying civilian we'd need to teach them how to control chakra first, right?
I mean simulation-ally QM mercy doesn't really affect how bad a sealing failure goes.Fair warning: I am unlikely to be as merciful a second time. If you cause yourself another sealing failure...well, it's on you.
No, but it sure affects whether or not the characters say "Oh, hey, I know this great place where there's lots of chakra critters that exactly fit our needs" and then they go there and find one very quickly and without any trouble.I mean simulation-ally QM mercy doesn't really affect how bad a sealing failure goes.
Given the intense classism between ninja and civilians in this setting, I would very much not be surprised if people draw the line not at 'actualizing your chakra potential' but at 'having chakra potential to begin with'.Well if we taught a civilian to control chakra...wouldn't they become a ninja?
True. As a player I try to ignore QM mood when voting plans though, till someone convinces me otherwise. Feels too meta-gamey otherwise. No, but it sure affects whether or not the characters say "Oh, hey, I know this great place where there's lots of chakra critters that exactly fit our needs" and then they go there and find one very quickly and without any trouble.
And, of course, there's always the question of "Hm...I rolled a 74 for severity. What shall I do?"
Guarantee that won't happen. We already know what his answer would/will be.I can tell you right now how the conversation as described in the plan will go:
Akane: "Yes, because Youth!"Kagome: "No, because Fox!"Naruto: "Undecided, because Hazou is the Main Character!"
Yes, adding brainstorming what went wrong with the SINs to the existing plans is a good idea
Theorizing I mean. In the real world the process would be 'See if I can replicate the failure in a controlled manner' but in MfD that leads to dying. We need a higher Sealing score!Yes, adding brainstorming what went wrong with the SINs to the existing plans is a good idea
MfD!Naruto: "In what universe would I ever sell my highly successful ramen restaurant franchise to you just to buy it back from you?"
eeeeeeeeh it seems like Hazo didn't really have any friends besides Noburi and Keiko during his time in the swamp, and even then they were more just acquaintances he worked with.Apparently we did lose some friendos.
Its better than nothing, unless you wanna take a pit stop at Nagi island...?
This, it shouldn't even be our secret to give out, this was an important deal made by Keiko with the Pangolins and it feels like we're going behind her back again.I mean, the last time somebody Hazou leaked clan secret jutsu details to went to sleep on a skytower, Kagome literally murdered her. Don't do this.
