Why do we need any of that? just twitch, I dunno, a foot muscle in morse code."Encoded all the details into his muscles that he could for later review."
I mean, sure, modulo us specifying how we're encoding it.
I'll go get some information theory books, someone else can grab a bachelor's degree worth of biology textbooks, and we can try to work it out within the next 7-8 months optimistically?
During an important conversation I'm not sure you want to have a decent portion of your attention taken up by relaying morse code to yourself via muscle twitches. Why do we need any of that? just twitch, I dunno, a foot muscle in morse code.

How much of that can be effectively executed and parsed by a 14 year old kid with a penchant for eating feet though?~650Kb/s efferent bandwidth for spinal motor neurons, at an absurdly conservative estimate. Given that the literal information content of spoken human language is pretty consistently about 1 byte per second recording at least a transcript should be a total non-issue.

We are not, no. I was speaking about in-universe constraints. Is this something Hazou will have to be concerned about? Are you incrementing some hidden value every time he rolls Taijutsu, and when it gets high enough you start adding permanent penalties?
That's an omake, it doesn't count.
This was all discussed and kiboshed several thousand pages ago, actually. Why do we need any of that? just twitch, I dunno, a foot muscle in morse code.
Sure, that's fine. Please keep it reasonable, though.Maybe @eaglejarl would be kind enough to let the Ami conversation analysis we give to Jiraiya be separate from the plan so we can go into more detail?
...did he not use IN to record the conversation into his muscle memory?
Shit.
Ah, right, thanks for the response. I always forget which Iron Nerve tricks are kosher and which aren't.This was all discussed and kiboshed several thousand pages ago, actually.
@faflec , can you provide the pointer so that I don't have to remember the whole sequence of discussion?
Note that Hazō does not have eidetic memory. He will not be able to provide a word by word recounting.
Note that we only have eidetic memory for the parts of Hazou's life that made it into updates. We don't know perfectly what happens between our "windows of observation" (e. g., between the end of Keiko vs. Hazou fight and the start of the Ami chapter), and we don't even know everything that happened in these windows unless it was included into Hazou's1 inner narration (e. g., we don't know how many tables Yukizome's Experimental Cuisine has, or when exactly Ami undid her ponytail). Is this a balance decision? I am mostly asking because we can have Hazou remember anything we want, even quotes from recent updates because as the hivemind we do have an eidetic memory by virtue of archived forum posts.
Sure: it didn't matter at the moment. In that context, as part of that narrative. But what if tomorrow we'll decide to poison every Leaf ninja in Mist, and consider Yukizome's Experimental Cuisine as a place to do that in? Then the number of tables will matter (since if there's not enough, we won't be able to seat everyone), but we still won't be able to "remember" it.Plus, you could make a meta-argument of why we don't know how many tables there were: because it doesn't matter.
That's exactly what she wants you (you personally, @Drasky) to think.
But what if tomorrow we'll decide to poison every Leaf ninja in Mist, and consider Yukizome's Experimental Cuisine as a place to do that in?
I suppose that would be telling. Needless to say, you're not part of any conspiracy you're not aware of.
Think he means remembering Ami's side of the conversation is the problem. Encoding her side of the convo would've been obvious and rude....did he not use IN to record the conversation into his muscle memory?
Shit.
Again, if anybody wants to do it, just convince Noburi. He's the one with the skills, the opening, and he definitely needs it most. There's probably a reason she gave him the olive branch during the trash-talk.
I don't think Noburi is completely up to it, it'd be like rubbing salt in his, still fresh, wound. And pessimistically, Hinata would have leverage over him.
no good reason to reach out to her to attempt to overcome the immense initial wall of "the only plausible reason for this is naked political cultivation by a vendetta-pawn"
