On this, the anniversary of Walispurgisnacht, I humbly present art commissioned from Lutzsan...

Nadia Bennouna

P.S. Hiroko and Masami are next as well as Mika Nakano is in the works ^_^
P.S.S I'm going to drive Firn mad with questions to make these arts accurate.

So at first glance I thought the handbag was an ipod or something, so figured her putting in some earbuds, cranking this up, and levelling the halberd

Well, at least it's not Walmartnight in the fic. That would put the girls in a pickle, considering that it's essentially an all hands on deck situation.

You know, if Madoka did reverse time, the furthest point is probably not March the 16th, but when Kyouko met Yuma.

Depends on what happened first, the start of Homura's loop or Yuma running away, but I can't find any info either way. My search-fu is lacking.

So I read through most of PMAS via reader mode at the end of last year, and thus may have missed discussion on this topic, but I'm surprised we haven't tried to do witching prevention via Homura's notebook more often. Only time I know of us doing that is Ono. So I think as an addition to the suggestion someone made within the last couple days that we should do a mass witch hunt on Monday while looking for Soujous, we should also check the notebook to see if any new witches are due to appear around Monday and look for their girl forms at the same time.

She was more focused on making sure that this next loop, or the one after it, or the one after that, would be the one where she finally saved Madoka.

"Mommy Homura loves Mommy Madoka so much-" Dammit, Sabrina, get away from my computer!
It feels to me like she's always been focused on making sure *this* loop is the one where she saves Madoka. I don't get the impression she's ever taken a loop off or spent one loop prepping for the next one to the exclusion of trying as hard as possible to make each loop the last. It's part of why she hasn't fully mapped out the decision space like someone playing a video game over and over would, since any loop she even considered doing that in was a loop she'd have to watch her friends die knowing she was actively not doing anything to save them.
