Girls' normal clothes have to go somewhere when they transform. It seems like some degree of extra-dimensional storage is part of the basic meguca powerset.

We need to organize this somehow in the future and sell it. How often do people get to see an actual kaiju battle?
 
If Homura can make shield enchanted items then she will likely want to give one to Madoka. Which means she needs to give a gift to Madoka.

Watching that is going to kill me with diabetes I think.

Also I wonder if Homura could make something like those shield grenades from Halo as a support item?

Bracelet would work too - several stones each with a shield so she has several back ups.

The Ring can be a 30 second time stop fuction so she can escape
 
I'll note that we should also make a point to offer to act as a go-between for Homura giving protective items to Madoka, if the awkwardness would be too much for her.

If the shield comes out the same color, shouldn't be hard at all for Madoka to figure out who it's from, even if there's no name on it.

...Do we think we could get away with saying it's from a secret admirer? Or would Homura just glare at us?

"Our silicon" is the upload substrate we think with, and that anchors our soul. Soul Gem. Certainly isn't meatwear. Speaking of our brain as a solid state machine lets me compare it to existing CPU architecture, thus implying that the Incubators would have a control technology like an "interrupt driven" event handler. Just having fun with the idea!

Look, the thing about PMAS, magic, and physics, is that to an extent, it's all streamlined. I could work out a sketch of how physics works with magic and four dimensions and timestop and all that, but to a very large extent, it's just not relevant to the story. Magic follows common sense. The same as the television working in timestop, but not water from the tap. The cornerstones of magic as I established in PMAS have always been intent, capability, and, yes, common sense. Not physics.

If you wanted to produce matter by 4D rotation, you could. And it would take a specific effort and intent to do so.

But unless specifically intended, it doesn't happen.

You can absolutely extrapolate from past feats and past actions. Magic is fucky, and does fucky things. That doesn't mean it doesn't have rules. It follows rules I've decided on - but if it weren't already obvious, those rules are not the laws of physics.

Thank you for chiming in on this, Firn. It'd suck for us to find something and then just immediately run away from it out of fear that we'll blow up everyone, when there's every indication that many other magical girls have used the same trick without turning their hometown into a crater.
