Note: Just throwing this out there, Firn stated that we can wish we held dominion over Cthulhu in Rolz, and that we would get a bonus power that would allow us to make extra cthulhus. Imagine how awesome it would be to go to war with the incubators with an army of Great Old Ones.

1 Will allow for Witches to be purified, adverting Sayaka's tragic ending ala canon and maybe even Madoka's when she turns into Gretchen. It means that Witching isn't game over for a person, and that we might even produce even more energy to stop Entropy. It's a tentative win for everyone.
2 Is a huge fuck you to Incubators, and solves much of canon. No more Witches can be made from this point on, and since Wishes follow both letter and spirit I can imagine that those normal humans will not come out dead or wrong. Homu is happy, Sayaka becomes alive again so no more 'IM DEAAAAAD'. If QBies can still harvest the energy then it's another tentative win.
3 However is a huge change in the Puella system, as Witches are now capable of becoming good for humans. My thought on that was instead of kisses making people kill themselves, they harvest grief from people. This would be super helpful for Puella and mentally unstable people. This also means we can have moments like in Rebellion with cute Charlotte being cute.

Right, since we cannot into consensus, I'm hopping onto what I think already had a few votes.
Pros: weaponized grief. Save the megucas. Gives us a potentially potent weapon against any meguca and Witch.

I'd assume reverting back would cause the excess grief to form demons and you'd end up with Grief Cubes
It doesn't retroactively destroy the setting, nor does it change certain critical points about the setting. Witches that already exist continue to exist, and well, there are plenty of interesting effects that will happen...

Honestly, I don't think it'd change that much. I wouldn't be surprised if Witches were still born from Puella Magi, so when their magic runs out the girl turns into a normal human again, and their magic spins off into a Witch, leaving a normal, defenceless girl trapped in the new Witches barrier.
If the wish is made, puella magi will not cause to come into existence a Witch.
I will not screw you guys over on the Wish.
You will get the spirit and the letter of the Wish.

Was Ugolino's the one you were saying was limited GM? 'cause it seems like it could be pretty hax, especially if we can duplicate various witch's powersets. Also it seems obvious that it would let us "degrief" witches and probably return them to some state of sanity. Heck, using this we could probably get that "mutual contract" thing set up, especially if we can reform some witches and have them go reform other witches...
Also, Is her soul weird because she is "connected" to us as an avatar of SV? From the first post we know she has a mind of her own. Can she hear us, or are we just lurking in her subconscious?
