Considering that wish gives no personal power I suspect that will be super-hard difficulty. It also does nothing for our need to hunt witches on a regular basis for grief seeds, nor anyone else's. So teams of magical girls still will have extreme difficulty getting enough grief seeds.

Sorry, vetoing. This would completely ruin the setting as it is; hell, Homura might not even be the time looping meguca that we know. Walpurgisnacht would probably be dead and long gone.

It sounds like a fascinating concept to explore, but not one that's currently in the cards for this Quest.

(Again, my apologies, but I need the setting somewhat intact, you know?)
 
Come to think of it, I expect that magical girls will be heavily discriminated against and possibly hunted by the general populace. Think about it, witches are because of fallen magical girls. With magical girls all becoming such knowing they will eventually become witches it can easily be seen that witches are their fault. All the deaths to witches in the world can be directly attributed to the girls choosing magical powers over the lives of other people. Killing magical girls before they have the opportunity to turn to witches is the logical option for society in such a scenario.

It would also mean that people who weren't bugfuck nuts would have access to grief seeds, and could thus SCIENCE upon them in order to create a method of making psuedo-grief seeds for cleansing. It also would mean that Kyubey would have to find an alternative to the witch system, as literally no one in their right mind except the mentally ill or incredibly, unfathomable desperate would take the deal as it stands, and Kyubey NEEDS magical girls for their energy, and his primary method of aquiring them is to inform them of all the fun stuff while leaving out the aweful, horrific stuff and-

I mean, To The Stars is a fantastic story, but I haven't the time to tear out the past few centuries of human history and completely rewrite it, you know?

Here's another tip. You (as in the character) have immense potential, and [REDACTED], because of [REDACTED]. Thanks to that, any Wish you make will get you an enormous amount of power, it's just the nature of that power that varies from here to there.

Hey gm are the rest of these doable?

[-] I wish be be able to purify Witches into another stage in the Puella Magi life cycle. Drown in Sorceresses and die!

[-] I wish that instead of becoming Witches, Puella Magi simply become normal humans when their magic runs out!

[-] I wish that Witches could harmlessly eat/feed on grief by forming contracts of mutual benefaction with either humans with high enough potential or Magical Girls!
