The forced insistence on being affectionate with Mami at every opportunity is getting weird. Just my opinion *shrugs*.

Being affectionate to Mami is like breathing.

It's an automatic action at this point.

They re the ones we're least friendly with aside from the mercs, so we shouldn't pressure them on anythnig and having sensible Rin as the boss, instead of anyone else seems good.

Hasn't Sayaka made to connection of the fact than since a soul gem is a magical girl's soul, it getting completely corrupted would mean death for them? If she hasn't, why haven't you explained it to them? It seens like a logical conclusion givin the haste to get grief seeds, doesn't it? And there's no need to add the "and them we become witches" part, death in itself should be a good enough incentive.

It could also help avoid madoka's contracting, you could tell them about the things you know (letting aside the "and then we become witches part") and that every time madoka contracts she burns out fast.

So it's more like selective amnesia from her part, then? You'll have to nip that in the bud sooner rather than later, problem is, do you think that will make her regret her decision of becoming a magical girl and become depressed? I mean, it shouldn't since she was willing to risk her life fighting witches anyway.

I mean, I'm pretty sure mami has already made the conection, she has seen how desesperate are magical girls to get grief seeds, do you think she has?

Sayaka has never experienced the life of a "normal" magical girl. She has always had Sabrina providing cleansing and a Clear Seed. She's never experienced the fear of running out of Grief Seeds and the desperate need to get one to survive. She has never known deprivation or want. She has never known hunger or pain. She has no real sense of her own mortality or how dangerous this life really is. She cannot understand how these girls feel, because she's never felt it. She's like someone who's been wealthy their entire life, unable to understand why the poor would care about something as simple as food.
 
Who else is expecting one of these three to explode "COULDN'T YOU HAVE GOT THESE SEEDS ONE WEEK EARLIER!"... but with a little more self-restrain?

It's a pity Sakura isn't here.
