I'm pretty sure we can justify it as giving a clear seed to all of our friends. But yeah that is something to keep in mind.
"So I want ABSOLUTELY ALL of my meguca FRIENDS to have a Clear Seed. This is vital, so no complaining."

*Gives Clear Seeds to Homura, Kyouko, Yuma, Kirika, Hiroko, Chouko, Yuko, Rei, Haru, Rin, Yumi, Tamiko, Sakura, Akiko-

"Wait, Sakura is your friend?"

"Of course she is! She's just tsundere."

"Hey!"

"And Hamasaki too?"

"Well, I did beat her up, so..."

"... What?"

"Anyway..."

*Grudgingly gives Clear Seed to Ono*

"I did say we were on the same team. Anyway, the Ishinomaki girls aren't here, so that's all! Now none of my friends will ever lack for Grief Seeds. Isn't that nice?"

"..."

"Right, Mami?"

*Stares sadly*

"Right!"

"Hnggggggggg..."

"Let's go!"

*Leaves*

*Shuffles after Sabrina*

"... Oh my God I'm such an idiot."

I'm not sure I'd want to offer Mami a clear seed right now. Her first question would probably be why we're giving her one when we can cleanse her gem directly.
Because we can't always be at her side. We can't be with her during school, for one. And we want to know that she'll be taken care of, no matter what, because she's special to us.

"I care for you, and I always worry about your well-being. What if I'm not there when you need my cleansing the most?"

[x] Pinch your nose. Never one situation at a time, is it.
-[x] Homura, would you mind timestopping for a bit? Just the three of us.
[x] Ask Homura if it was just the two of them, or if anyone else was present, and if there were any signs of raised tempers.
[x] To Mami, directly. After your lunchtime discussion about it, in addition to informing her about Walpurgisnacht, you asked Kyouko if she'd be willing to provide Sayaka with melee tutoring later.
-[x] Since the answer seemed positive, you were planning to discuss it with Mami tonight or tomorrow morning and get back to Kyoko with the verdict on Monday. You didn't intend to hurt her, or conceal this - it's just... stuff came up, and you didn't think it was urgent.
--[x] It's a discussion you can still have in-depth, later. You're not going to push her to make a decision on the spot.
[x] With that said... Sayaka is Mami's student, and Mitakihara is her territory. You'd... prefer to settle the discussion with Oriko for tonight before checking on Sayaka if the situation doesn't look urgent, but how we react to Kyoko is still Mami's decision.
[x] If Mami asks, or otherwise as appropriate, provide her with information about Kyouko's current situation necessary to make an informed decision.
[x] Once Mami decides on a course of action, before you forget about it again, offer everybody clear seeds. Just in case. Or in Homura's case, so she can get some actual sleep.
-[x] Or if that'd take to long, at least grab a few months' worth of timestop out of a normal seed.

[X]Ignore it if the talk doesn't seem to be going poorly. Not everything needs your direct intervention, right?

"Oh hey, you're that new girl I'm supposed to spar with..." Such great misunderstandings.

So, to remind people who might not be aware of this mystery, this dream was hidden inside a broken hypertext tag, in the middle of a scene break:

Rubble slams down all around, great boulders of concrete falling to the earth with reverberating thuds. Rebar and girders protrude irregularly to form a forest of deadly spars.

A pair of hands, small and pale, with a rhomboid-cut amethyst set into the back of one, scrabble against the ground. Knees slam down onto the broken rubble underfoot with sharp cracks of bone on concrete.

Lurid light glares from the sky, shrouded by a twilight storm that should not be. Enough light to cast everything in spidery shadows skittering across the wreckage of the city.

Wychfire, Witch fire, burns in coruscating, rainbow gouts across the sky.

Blistering rain slashes across the city, driven by the bitterly cold wind. Concrete dust and shattered glass and dirt mixes into slurry, slick underfoot.

Dead, yawning silence swallows up the hammering of the rain.

Another thing that I think people have forgotten or not noticed?
Oriko takes a shuddering breath, closing her eyes before looking at you again. "She's making things worse," she says in a low voice. "Kyuubey already knows, and if he tells her that, she will despair. You have to stop that from happening."
Bolding is mine, for emphasis.

How the every loving hell does she know what kuybey knows? like I could see her seeing a future were kuybey talks about it, but the only way she could know about him knowing now would be..... If oriko has been chatting with him we have a problem.

Or she saw him telling her and saw the results in her visions? And didn't see any evidence of him being told about it beforehand?

In canon he worked it out as soon as he found out Homu had time magic. In PMAS he knew Homu had time magic so early on he'd told Kyouko about it before the first time we met her. These things are related.
that doesn't change the fact that all of the information needed for oriko to state that he already knows about Homura's timeloops and the effect they have on madoka, for her to state that he already knows all of it means she had to talk to him about. -_- Cause otherwise she is guessing, which she wouldn't really need to do sense she can just ask him directly.

No, she could have seen him do so in one of her visions, it wouldn't require her talking to him about it. She doesn't see him finding out about it, and sees him telling Homura it, thus he already knows.

... I think your missing what I am having a problem about. literally telling homura would require him saying nothing more then "your not from this timeline are you, well at least that explains why madoka has so much power, after all you looping has very likely been making her stronger" the problem I am having is their is no reason why Oriko would know that kuybey is already aware of all this information (aka what kuybey knows) at the time when she told us about it unless if she talked to him about it, meaning she knows he already knows and not the he finds out and spill the beans, which is really only information she could gain by asking him directly, (or seeing a vision of her asking him directly).

For a different topic -- Mami and Sabrina! A collection of QM-notes before and during the hunt for Oriko. Reminder, that all of this is before lichbombing occurred.
You drag Mami into a hug, throwing both arms around her. Her hands hang limply by her side, and you can feel your shoulder slowly dampening as she continues to cry. "Mami, you're not going to lose me," you say. "You are a good person, and an amazing friend. I don't think many people who would just let a total stranger stay with them just out of the goodness of their heart."

You tighten your hug around the blonde. "I'm not going anywhere, Mami."

Her quiet weeping turns into great, wailing sobs, but she throws her arms around you and clings on tightly, like a life preserver in a storm. And in a way, that is what you are to her; her chance at changing the empty loneliness of her existence.

=====

Unlike just about everyone else, Sabrina is Mami's equal. And therein lies the root of Mami's reaction.

A note that before the following bits, Mami watches as a bomb Oriko planted goes off in timestop and mulches Sabrina's leg.

"I'm... not comfortable with this, Sabrina," she says quietly. "I- she hurt you so badly. You might have died! And Sayaka, too! I- but..." She sighs again. "I was -am- so angry, and she needs to pay, but this... skulking around- I-"

She's uncomfortable with this cold, premediated hunt and murder, you gather.

"I, I- I want Oriko gone," she whispers, still looking away from you. "But this..."

=====

There's more than one layer at play here.

Mami is a veteran magical girl.

"She-" Mami breaks off the sentence with a sigh, and falls silent again. Her head lowers slightly.

"Hey," you say, draping one arm around her shoulder and pulling her into a hug. "You're a good person, Mami."

"I want Oriko dead," she says in an almost inaudible whisper, still looking away from you. She leans into the hug, though, drawing comfort from the simple physical contact. "She threatened our home. She burned down my friend's house."

You chuff out a sigh. "That's just being human, Mami," you say. "And this... this isn't something I want to do either. We're not..." you wave your hands, searching for a word. "We're not assassins. But we need to get her to stop."

Mami groans. "I... but... this timestop..."

"How did you deal with it?" you ask.

"Huh?"

"Before, I mean. Oriko isn't the only one, you've mentioned being in fights before," you say. "I know that life as a magical girl isn't always... nice, Mami."

"It isn't. She... she's not," she admits quietly. "I was, am, furious, but- never like this. Not a cold hunt like this... We just fought, and I won. I- I... I've hurt people before. Badly. But always in a fight..."

She takes a shuddering breath. "A-and what happens if we find her? We kill her? I- I can threaten as much as I like-" Mami lets out a choked laugh "-I threatened to kill Homura the first time we met! And now look at her! I- I, I don't think..."

You shake your head, understanding. "You don't think you could actually kill someone." Except, perhaps, in the heat of the moment, the throes of a breakdown, you think to yourself. You know what she could once have done.

"N-no..." Mami says.

=====

Mami's always been able to talk up a good show.
Your arm is already around Mami's shoulders, but you pull her into a full hug. She stiffens in your arms. Not really what you'd been hoping for, but you just hold her for a moment.

"It's not about hunting her, really," you say contemplatively. "It's more... we need to find out why she's doing these things, and stopping her from doing more. The timestop is just the best way of doing it."

Mami sighs. "It still doesn't feel right." She pushes herself up from your hug, and you let her, though one arm still remains around her. "It- I... what do we do when we find her?"

You shake your head. "I don't know, Mami. But I do know that it doesn't have to end in killing if we find her, between the three of us. We've got Homura's timestop, I can cleanse for as long as we need it, and more importantly-" you give her a little shake "-we've got Mami Tomoe. We can find another way."

"You- I-" Mami slumps, head dipping almost to her chest. "You... I'm not- I don't deserve your trust, Sabrina. I don't think- I c-could kill a-anyone, but I- Just thinking about Oriko, what she's done, I want her gone, and-" she breaks off with a wordless noise that's half sob and half snarl, clutching at the air in front of her as if wringing someone's neck. "I- I don't trust myself. And it scares me."

You pull her into a hug again, and this time, she accepts, collapsing bonelessly against you, tears silently rolling down her face. "It's OK, Mami," you soothe, rubbing her on her back gently. "Whatever happens, I'll still be here to help. Always, Mami."

She speaks through her tears, mumbling into your shoulder. "I- I don't deserve you, Sabrina."

You let her cry herself out in little sobbing heaves. Out of the corner of your eye, you can see her Soul Gem- it's perhaps a little tarnished, but nowhere near enough for it to matter yet.

Eventually, her quiet sobs fade away. You idly draw the corruption from her Soul Gem, and pack it away as marbles in your pocket.

She draws back from the hug, and simply looks at you for a long moment with a wan smile on her face.

=====

Heat of the moment. Fury. Incoherency? Oh yes.
Read between the lines. Metaphorically speaking.
Just two friends enjoying themselves. For now...

Well, it's not Endless Eight.
Implying implications.
One hundred forty six Grief marbles, eleven of which are in your pocket.

She. Has. Pre-Cog.

She could literally just see him say it in the future.

Why would kuybey explain that he been aware of it the whole time, like this is the same being that literally always tells as little as needed in any given situation, the only way oriko could get this info out is asking directly or seeing a future were she asks directly, cause other wise she would need to have Post-Cog to know this shit (or be able to hack the incubator network for info.

Or she simply sees him potentialbombing Homura in the future and is capable of basic thought?

I cannot properly express my opinion as to your "contributions" on this subject while remaining in compliance with the rules of this message board.
. I am sorry but my thought process is that she would make sure that what she is telling us is the truth, this is a basic thought process I have when dealing with people considering the fact that she didn't need to state that kuybey already knew to get her point across means that I would believe she would tell us the full truth on the matter, considering it all its you who has stated the = of her lying to us on the matter when I personally can see no reason for her to do so means that she is telling the truth, or she is lying to us for no known reason that I can't think of, it is also you who brought the whole situation up, with no real reason other then to start the tread panicking about an event that will likely happen after wally night has be finished, so if your having a problem, that is entirely your fault that it has be brought about.
