Issue there is that it's the weekend, so Mami would be around. This could allow us to solve the other guca so she stops coming up as a problem whenever we want to do anything else.
...Actually, nothing's stopping us from finding her AFTER we hunt with Kyoko and before school gets out...

Eh. Mami isn't a huge issue, I think. We can just say "Oh, one of the things I did while I was out and about was try and get some potentials I thought were at risk to not contract, and one of them was really stubborn about it."
If we let her know what Sasa is like ahead if time if she wants to tag along, we might even be better off with her there - Madokami knows that she's way better at social than us.
Then we can hit a library to research some stuff and Google a few names on the side. Mami will be metabombed by then, so we won't really have to explain why we want to check on a bunch of semi-random people either.
Some things need to be super secret, but this isn't one of them.

On the second girl, Kuroki Matsuko, it seems she's both likely an meguca by now and likely to witch quickly. A meguca that may become a witch is a major concern for us I think.
edit... also on my vote i'm not telling her as an order I'm telling her as in.. informing her. If we have to walk on eggshells THAT thin.. we are DOOMED ... MAMI would be doomed... NAGISA would be doomed with this girl.

@Ugolino, you raised a good point earlier about getting a hook off of Sasa. I think that's the only thing of any value whatsoever we can expect to get out of continuing to social her at the moment. Any specific idea on how to do that?
Then we slap a condition on that where if she keeps bitching for too long we just leave. We go see Kyoko. Do we need to lay out what to talk to her about? I mean, WPN on schedule, so obviously.
If post takes us past that (unlikely, Kyoko is going to ask questions about WPN and we're going to be prompted to answer them unless we predict them and provide answers this vote), then we should go find a phonebook... or see if our phone has internet access.

a)we try the ice cream offer, b)mention we'd like to talk to her about anything whenever if she ever wants to as an attempt to get her agreement, c)simply just ambush her again tomorrow for the magic reveal if need be
Alternatives include hinting at the magic thing and giving her a life or death warning? Showing a bit of magic and telling her that it's something important we need to tell her about and that's why we met her? Maybe?

Schedule sez we are supposed to tell Kyoko about WPN today. Canonically she was really interested in how Homura knew it was going to pop up. If we deflect that it doesn't jibe with our "honestly a super nice meguca" thing. Probably we need to say that Homura told us about it.
If she accepts the ice cream, that would take time, right? She won't accept anyway, though... And if we say B we'd have to try to give her our number. That's probably legitimate... and I think it's in line with what we would do. "She doesn't want help? Well, if she does, she'll know who to call... assuming she keeps the damn number..."
I can get behind trying to give her our number. If we could get some information on where she usually hangs out, that would make ambushing her easier, but I don't think she's going to give that to us.

Honestly, given that I'm pretty sure Mami knows in canon, that may just be Homura Homuplomacy'ing and Kyoko being curious about her being an anomaly.
