That's terrible and you're terrible for posting that.
KRIEMHILD GRETCHAIR

Witch of relaxation. Her nature is comfort. She absorbs any life on the planet and sits them in her newly created heaven--her barrier. The only way to defeat this witch is to make the world free of discomfort. If there's no being standing on this world, she will believe this world is already a heaven.

The most hilarious thing is that according to the PSP game, Kriemheld Gretchen's barrier is full of chairs floating in a void.

...What the fuck, Madoka?

In all seriousness, Urobuchi's author notes state that the chairs represent other people, such as the anonymous historical megucas Madoka is thinking of but doesn't have names or faces for. Swarms of chairs in Madoka's room while she's thinking represents her omnibenevolent, big picture perspective and her wish to have a positive impact on people she'll never meet.

He says this image is culminated in EP.12 with Sayaka's deliverance, where she and Sayaka watch Kyousuke, surrounded by empty seats.

I think I figured out what Feathers is.

It's the owlery we'll need to send out all the acceptance letters to the Mitakihara school of Mahou Sentai.

We'll just need to learn how to glint with our eyes (it could be our thing). Would you like a (grief) lemon drop?

Eh, thinking more like Professor Ozpin.
This is Sabrinas Cup.
Sabrinas Cup menaces with microwaves.
Sabrinas Cup is a masterwork of grief control and entropic reversal, generating (non-grief) Hot Beverages through eldritch grief processes (and possibly quantum).
Sabrinas Cup offers a wide selection of Hot Beverages, such as coffee, chocolate, hot water, lukewarm beer, bloodwine, soup or sauce.
Sabrinas Cup is not the proper receptable for tea, and any attempt to generate said Hot Beverage will result in a swill that is almost, but not quite, entirely unlike tea.

- send them to some semi-converted warehouse, and
-- immediately screw up the first impression and all subsequent impressions, plus completely predictable issues arising from having them holed up somewhere with inadequate amenities.
They'll be showing up on another meguca's doorstep and asking for help. they'll expect, at best, "You can stay here and I'll cleanse you. House yourself, feed yourself. You're not my problem, got it?"
Again, I'm not utilitarian. I'm saying that until we've made witchouts impossible, it's impossible for us to save even a single meguca. At all.
Well, even if you're no longer backing the "put them out of their misery" idea if we can't do it, I still disagree. It's not a good thing but if we can get a system set up in the future when we actually have time for it, we can save many girls from whitchout until middle age or later. That's a life worth living.

Puella Magi Madoka Monopoly?

This is what happens:

- Sayaka tries to get as many properties as she can, and ends up broke because no one lands on them.
- Madoka is never sure of what do with the properties she gets, so there's always an auction on her turn. Auctions in which Sayaka and Kyoko argues and makes raises over who gets the properties.
- Homura doesn't care about Monopoly. She's been through this over and over. She knows how this ends.
- Mami is, curiously, surprinsily good at this and makes the right choices. Her priority are always the Orange-and-Red colored properties.

Makes of this what you like :V

But Hitomi, what are you doing during this game? :V

How about we start setting it up now when other people have time for it? Us being personally busy does not mean we can't ask someone else to do something that will be time-consuming for them.
The house thing will not only burden Madoka, I assure you. Junko's gonna be wary of "Mom I need to buy a house. Yeah I have a giant pile of money. No I can't tell you where I got it." Besides that, the red tape will eat us. I'm sure that would have some complication we're not thinking of.

Sabrina is the "banker" that's always trying to slip her friends money...
All of them.
Naturally, this makes the game even more chaotic and messy...
It's still kinda fun though.

[X] We can probably handle it, Sayaka, if we're careful. On that note: never talk to an unfamiliar magical girl without backup. You don't know what they can do or what theyintend to do.

@Gadjo

Could you move this line up a bit since Sayaka is asking this question now?

Also telling Sayaka not to approach an unknown meguca without backup feels a bit too controlling. Can we just tell her to be careful and let us know or something?

Edit: or just tell her to be careful, works.

Buddy system is pretty basic as far as safety measures go. I don't see the issue.
No I can't tell you where I got it.
The last line of the vote is us asking if Madomom can be told about it.
Besides that, the red tape will eat us.
Given that we don't have a legal identity anywhere, we are the least likely person on the planet to get assigned the red tape. I am well aware that red tape will eat someone, though, which is why I want to start the month-long process a month before we need it finished instead of starting it the moment we need it and finishing a month late.

Since when do we hold ourselves to standards so low as what's "expected" of us?

It's what I think we should do. I probably wouldn't vote for it though as I'd consider attempts to make things better as utterly pointless at that point.

Reminds me of my sister when we used to play Pokemon cards together. My sister is better than me at every game there is, barring Chess, but how much better than me she is varies. She is way better than me at Pokemon cards. So, to make the game last longer, we'd make giant decks with something ridiculous like 24 prizes instead of 6. Then she'd quickly destroy me and then, to make thing longer, instead of ending the game, she'd add another six prizes or something, so she'd usually beat me three times in a row in the same game. That was fun.

I can move that up in a bit.

I'm saying a cozy warehouse with some mattresses and some food won't damage our relations, especially on a temporary basis. This isn't a civ quest, we'll be handling this stuff personally.

I get that, but that basic thought about how things should be done means we have a lot of conflict because, well, I could not disagree more strongly with you.

... Wait a second ...

If different posters here represent different characters ...

... And we expand this to allow characters from Urobutcher's other works ...

...

I desperately want to pursue a supernatural end to all the major conflict of the setting, to allow everyone of an at minimum, planetwide scale able t be happy and cooperate

Some believe that the source from which I seek this is dangerous and will pervert my wish

Some consider the methods I wish to use to do this to be "cheating"

I've been compared to a variation of Homura

I've suggested using our powers to cancel out the magic of others

Devoid of my hope in my ultimate goal, I cut my losses and kill to minimise total loss of life

...

Am I really them!?
