Ah, sorry. Saw the flurry of arm design posts and assumed.Which is why the first line of my suggestion asks why she doesn't want to go.

Or maybe she needs a break from Kirika, especially if she's been doing precog jokes all day.Maybe she wants Kirika out of the house so she can bake a cake in secret.
Ludicrous.
That's exactly how we should ask, but my guess is it's nothing to do with the arm and everything to do with Oriko's circumstances. She doesn't want to deal with the rumors or aspersions about her and her father's suicide? But honestly, this is just guessing, so I think we should ask and react.[] "Would you mind if I asked why you don't want to go?"
-[] We can probably disguise the arm if that's what Oriko is worried about.
-[] Grief prosthetic? Disguise it in a glove or a sling?
Getting Mami (and Homura) to come over for reconciliation is predicated on their ability to forgive Oriko. We probably need to get that first before we ask to bring them over.
This would (presumably) be part of the next update - the current one looks like it's going to be focused on shopping and Kirika fluff.[] Ask them if they would be willing to assist you with experiments
Personally, I prefer the more specific option from Jackercracks: "Hey Kirika, my Oujo is sad ): she keeps thinking I'm going to leave her when I'm not. How do I make her happy again?"
This one is good, added it to my vote.
Whatever they are, Kirika's telling them and that means Oriko must like them.Kirika never fails to be awesome, it seems. I think she's been waiting a while to have an audience to tell those jokes to, as well.
Come to think of it, precog jokes get a whole new dimension of humor to them when telling them to a precog. Nothing like already knowing the punchline to a joke about precogs...because you are one. Or, alternatively, not knowing the punchline because your precognition doesn't bother with such random, trivial things...and thus the irony of the joke being all the more exasperating.
Well, I doubt it's that reason. She knows Mami is in school, and even if that weren't the case, Sabrina would be escorting them the whole time. Even if Mami sensed Oriko out and about, she'd inevitably also sense Sabrina right next to her--so she'd likely respond with telepathy to Sabrina, rather than coming straight over....guys, you're assuming the precog is staying home because of her arm.
She could have a good reason. Hell, she may just be trying to avoid meeting Mami outside of her designated prison.
Well, her Ojou keeps thinking she's going to die. Knowing Kirika, she might believe just because Oriko says so. We might want to address this? What does she think about it? Surely she's up for keeping Oriko alive.Personally, I prefer the more specific option from Jackercracks: "Hey Kirika, my Oujo is sad ): she keeps thinking I'm going to leave her when I'm not. How do I make her happy again?"
When we started on it with Kirika yesterday it was estimated to take days just to finish her elbow joint.
I... come on dude. The bag, our ring, the fact that neither Kirika, nor our ojou had any problems being on the carpet/jet. I think we're fine.Solids are harmless to us, and the Grief Flying Carpet and Mobile Grief Fortress didn't appear to harm the meguca who were riding them. But we haven't yet done a long term test of the effects of solid grief on normal materials or people.
So... Stealing from ATMs?Regarding moneymaking schemes, suggestion follows:
"Grief Credit Card."
I've been gone a while...have we determined if things altered through Grief processes remain altered after we leave?Regarding moneymaking schemes, suggestion follows:

And vending machines.
The results of a magic grief healing wand are reversed when we get out of range, but it'd be really weird if just using grief to move matter from point A to point B didn't leave the matter at point B.I've been gone a while...have we determined if things altered through Grief processes remain altered after we leave?

We should come up with a new way to destroy her dad's rose bushes whenever we visit."They look better this way," Oriko says, turning to head back into the house, Kirika immediately untransforming and bouncing along in her wake. "Do come in."
Next time, a helicopter with the fan on the bottom. We should come up with a new way to destroy her dad's rose bushes whenever we visit.
[x]"Hey Kirika, my Oujo is sad ): she keeps thinking I'm going to leave her when I'm not. How do I make her happy again?"
We must say this.
[x] Talk with Kirika about ojous and love
-[x] Something like ~Hey Kirika, my Oujo is sad ): she keeps thinking I'm going to leave her when I'm not. How do I make her happy again?~
Mami's less likely to forgive Oriko if she doesn't spend any time with her, though. Reconciliation is a process, and getting them used to being in the same room without trying to maim off each other sounds like a good start.Getting Mami (and Homura) to come over for reconciliation is predicated on their ability to forgive Oriko. We probably need to get that first before we ask to bring them over.
