Mami: Um, Sabrina? It's almost time for lunch. You're coming, right?

Sabrina stared at the grief seed embedded in the wall, mere minutes away from hatching.

Mami: Sabrina?

Sabrina grit her teeth as words forced their way out. "Must. Do. SCIENCE! No! Must not disappoint Mami! But SCIENCE!"

Sabrina suddenly remembered that the space manipulation idea worked. Wait.. What happens when you put a pocket dimension inside a pocket dimension? She could go SCIENCE while having lunch with Mami! Genius!

Sabrina grabbed the grief seed and tossed it into a quickly formed pocket space. "Be right there, Mami!"

And then sabrina was in the astral plane. Never combine regions of folded space. Adventuring 101

Huh, my group goes out of their way to do things like that. Admittedly, it tends to be aimed at things they really don't like.

It's like they think portable holes and bags of holding exist solely to fuck up the fabric of space-time.

I assume everyone in your group has already seen the Arrowhead Of Total Destruction image.
Well, I haven't.
We have a phone. We could just use the alarm function on our phone.
But autonomous grief.
If we make a viable human body, then we can see what happens if we put a grief seed in its hand.

If it works, then we have an easy explanation for why it pings witch senses: it is in fact a witch (*to Sakura* NOTE THE DIFFERENCE)
Neat idea, gives an use to bodies without soul gem.

They'll also be leashed to us, so no fear of Hildegirl running away in terror from mad scientist and witching out again.
Which could be interesting, a familiar with barrier we could study, and in theory wtaching an evolution would be very interesting, but i dont think we will let anyone die for the sake of science.
...Maybe I would. How much time do you think it saves and what is the eventual payoff of that line of science?

Time is literally lives, after all..And if we'd put a stop to nigh-all witches across Japan a hour sooner, then it is certainly ends up with less people eaten by familiars.

However, first test by feeding it Sabrinas made from grief, and before that with marbles, and before that with simply willing it to evolve. It is pretty much the last option if we really need to see that and have no other practical avenues.

This actually seems like a good idea. Should we try it this vote or wait until the next?

Why not both?

[X] Create a grief bell set to ring so you can arrive back before lunch.
[X] Make a Sabrina cadaver. Press Hildegarde's grief seed into her hand.
[X] Kinematics

Going with Kinematics since his vote takes less time.

Out of barrier grief? I dunno, I just copied the vote on my phone between classes.
