[]Damnit, Sakura.
[]"Well, yes, but I really prefer 'Sabrina', if you don't mind."
[]How badly does your group need those grief seeds? Do you have any other debts?
-[] We can cleanse used seeds...and are willing to cleanse theirs if they don't do anything like this again. They can turn the offer down. We can drop by every so often to cleanse half-used seeds if they give us a call, or arrange a meeting. All we want in return is for them not to pick fights with other groups. If they do that, the deal's off.
-[]If there's an emergency, we're willing to intervene to help. No costs.
[]Wake the other two, cleanse them, and fill them in. Chew out Kuvira on her actions. What the hell was she thinking?
1) How badly does a group need grief seeds? How...? You remember that stupid remark we made just a couple updates ago because we didn't really understand how other magical girls view grief seeds? Because, despite meta-info, Sabrina apparently has no clue about the fundamentally, critically important value of grief seeds for magical girls? The question just makes no sense.
2) Why do we care about their debts? That is fundamentally Not Our Business, nor is it actually of any concern other than some people's need to interfere in other people's lives. Further, calling it a 'debt' is demeaning. People do other people favors, and expect that others will do favors for them in return. Have you never in your life had a friend help you move? Have they then not expected you to help out when they moved?
3) Why are we offering this cleansing service *right now*? It. Makes No. Sense. There is no context, no discussion, no attempt to familiarize ourselves with the other party, no reason for them to trust us, no reason for them to want to trust us, no reason for them to care about our petty ideals. Someone high on LSD makes more sense than Sabrina's negotiating skills.
4) Same thing for the intervention offer.
5) The entire thing is put on Moe's shoulders, forcing her to make her decision without input from her teammates, and said teammates are only being informed after the fact of a done deal.
The only parts of the vote that make sense are the first two lines and chewing Kuvira out. I feel like I should be trotting out a picture of Chewbacca.
Now, I can understand these points as goals to reach in a negotiation, but Sabrina continues to act in a completely brain-damaged way any time she opens her mouth for negotiations of any sort. There's been a continuous string of warnings in Firn's updates that apparently people are perfectly happy completely ignoring, and I suspect the only reason it hasn't bitten Sabrina in the ass is because so little actual time has passed in-game. (And yes, that even includes the one vote of mine that passed, but I am trying to account for such considerations in what I propose.)
The problem is that there's no one in-game who is both willing and able to properly chew Sabrina out for this nonsense, and all Firn can resort to is minor pangs of conscience. Sakura is willing, but doesn't have the mental acuity to explain it, other than just cursing, and Mami is almost too terrified to even disagree with Sabrina right now. If Akiko wasn't currently insane, she'd be my top choice for riding herd on Sabrina, since she's actually capable of shutting Sabrina down and has no compunction against doing so.
Ok, rant is out of my system. Here's my proposal:
[x] Yes, I think someone has taken to calling me that recently.
-[x] Look pointedly at Sakura.
[x] Explain to Moe her position. Explain the "No Foolishness Tolerated" policy, but that you don't want to have to repeat yourself, so you're waking the others up as well.
[x] Wake up the other two and get them settled in, and unbound once they agree to not cause trouble. Determine who has primary authority among them.
[x] Chew them all out for the collateral damage.
[x] Note, though, that their agreements with Sendai are their own business, and how Yumi wants to handle that agreement is her own choice.
[x] We won't interfere if they want to pack up and go home, but we are trying to offer a deal to nearby magical girl groups that they may be interested in.
-[x] Make the standard offer if they want to hear it.
-[x] Their confiscated grief seeds will be returned before they leave.
[x] Let them discuss among themselves how they want to proceed.
