Looking it over, yeah, offering to help them with their troubles might be abit risky at this stage. Offering the grief seed cleansing deal, yes, go ahead, but offering to help them in battles for no cost just introduces another hook to drag us out of Mitakihara to go gallivanting out in the middle of nowhere. I'd rather we not offer that until we have a better idea of what's the situation in Fukushima, at least.
Okay, yeah, I'll take out the emergency line.
EDIT: Adding Onmur's line.

[x]Damnit, Sakura.
[x]"Well, yes, but I really prefer 'Sabrina', if you don't mind."
[x]How badly does your group need those grief seeds? Do you have any other debts?

[x]Give back Moe's seeds.
-[x] We can cleanse used seeds...and are willing to cleanse theirs if they don't do anything like this again. They can turn the offer down. We can drop by every so often to cleanse half-used seeds if they give us a call, or arrange a meeting. All we want in return is for them not to pick fights with other groups. If they do that, the deal's off.
[x]Wake the other two, cleanse them, and fill them in. Chew out Kuvira on her actions. What the hell was she thinking?

Remember to give back Moe's seeds. We can even keep the seed that was half-filled as payment for cleansing their gems. A practical demonstration, if you will.

The assisstance part isn't really needed anyway.
We have WoG that they can steamroll 99% of enemy meguca with the three man team we just fought.
Together with the ones still back in Fukushima I doubt they get threatened by anything in the near future.
If we offer them our services, they will have a connection to us anyway and can ask us to assit them if needed.

Edit:
With the seeds they already have and Sendai's payment they should last quite a while in between cleaning trips unless they are in a meguca war in Fukushima or something.

We may have to negotiate with the rest of Fukushima anyway, if their leader is one of the others not currently present or they want to talk things over with their teammates.
Giving them the offer is good, but we shouldn't expect an immediate decision.

[X] Ugolino.
As for Tomoe, no. I don't hold Mami so high, but that doesn't seem to be wise to even ask permission for, if you want her to like others.

If you want Mami as your loyal servant, it is an excellent option though.
Taking the last name "Tomoe" would be more of a late quest "Mami's healthy and de-limpetfied" kind of thing. On that note, we do need to be careful not to play romantic too much until she's in a better headspace. Right now doing anything like that would go back to SWB's "borderline emotional abuse" warning.

Apparently in Japan, she's just called "Sabrina" (サブリナ). So we already have the reference down with just our name.

*cracks knuckles*
*Throws hat into the ring*
I don't agree with antagonizing the Mercs, or putting our nose into their business. This isn't something we need to over complicate.

[x]Damnit, Sakura.
[x]Golden Grief trick "I prefer majestic witch-girl" *summon Grief hat*
[x] Check who is leader. Wake+ Cleanse for discussion.
[x] Gripe at Kuvera. Acknowledge how cool it was to fight giant robot. Horribly bad for the city, but cool.
[x]Don't want to screw you over if you're strapped for seeds.
-[x] If they are, offer Seed services as one time compensation.
-[x] Express willingness to do this on a regular basis, if they don't do anything-(wave at damage to city)-like this again. Just something to consider.
[x] Dust them off and send them home.

They were doing this as a favor to someone who wavered a costly medical fee in a time of crisis.

@Onmur: Wikipedia doesn't list Japanese version tbh.

Personally, I think that nobody who doesn't know the reference is going to get it with restating and those who do don't need to have their head beaten over with it.

However, you're fine evidence for the view point that it apparently isn't so, so yeah, changing to be more blatant.

Did Sabrina the teenage witch even make it to Japan? If it did, did it actually gain any traction at all? Because I'm starting to think we might be making a reference no one in a hundred miles will get.

So...business as usual? :p

@CornyBones
Hmm...Your vote's less in-your-face about the cleansing, but we got blindsided here. I think the more we know about the group we're offering cleansing to, the better.

Sabrina Velocity sounds like an awesome nickname and stage name, it rolls off the tongue plus our initials will be S.V.

Later on we will find our older step-brother Sebastian Barett and our extremely weird little sister Quita Quin.

"So this is your brother and sister, Sabrina?"
Mami watches in amusement as Quita runs around giggling while lighting the room on fire, Sebastian chases after her screaming "Banned forever!"
"I... guess so?"

@Onmur: Interesting. This page doesn't have have a link to Japanese version, and the one you linked goes to TV series.

@Cannongerbil: That's the inevitable problem with making jokes. However, with this one I wouldn't worry so much. How many quest posters are familiar with this one, again?

@aeqnai: ...You better include some invisitext with that.

I think the more we know about the group we're offering cleansing to, the better.
Their's only so many questions you can ask someone after resurrecting them from a corpse without leaving a resentment for you. We can't be expected to get the full life story from them, here and now atop this roof in the rain, without the events of the previous evening heavily tinging the interactions. We've already set a precedent by allowing them to leave when they were effectively at our mercy, trying to get too much too soon is only going to ruin our standing.

We're not here to play magical girl inquisitor. Yet.

@CornyBones: No, that will come with Akiko and Ishinomaki.

If Mami is healthy and de-limpetfied + it is late in the quest, then there is no reason to anymore; we'd be just another friend and not even the oldest or second oldest one. Hey, big part of the reason we want that is that we can get away from her without being emotionally abusive!

The whole point of seriously using that name is to make Mami more loyal, secure and more tied to us. It is indeed fundamentally manipulative at any point, but what isn't (with Mami) ? To borrow a phrase from a certain inspiration, "all conversation is information warfare".

The result isn't something I particularly want, but I can see how a stabler Mami can result from doing this, at least in certain shorter terms, if absolutely not so in the long-term, accounting for that Sabrina probably dies first.

Let's stop talking about this please.

Sayaka: "Sabrina. Don't you think it's weird?"

Sabrina: "What's weird?"

Sayaka: "Your name. You forgot your last name due to amnesia, but remember your first name. Shouldn't it be the other way around?"

There was a chorus of agreements all around.

Sayaka: "Maybe you didn't have a..."

Kyouko: *Elbows Sayaka*

Sayaka: "I mean! It's because you're a foreigner, right! He he he..." *Scratches head*

Sabrina: *Waves hand* "Maybe it's that. It's not really a problem, anyway."

Madoka: "What do you think it could be?"

Sabrina: "What it could be?"

Madoka: "Your last name. Can't you... If you can't remember... Maybe there's a name that sounds just right? Haven't you thought about it?"

Sabrina: "...Maybe a little."

...

Nagisa: "And?"

Sabrina: *Nervous* "Ha ha... Um... The first thing I though was... Velocity. But that's not it! It doesn't quite fit, you know, like it's not... Enough?"

Mami: *Giggles* "Oh Sabrina, I think that one's cute, if you like it. Sabrina Velocity, flying at the speed of light!" *More giggling*

Sayaka: "...Damn english speaking geniuses."

Sabrina: "It's nothing! It's nothing! O-Other names I thought of were:" *Quickly* "Victoria, Dedod- Ehem, Dolores, Victory, Velociraptor, Tomoe, Spellman, and... Tyranosaurus!"

Mami: *Giggles* *Stops* "Wait, what was that?"

Sabrina: "Tyranosaurus!" *Makes hand gesture like a T-Rex" "RAARGH!"

Nagisa: *Raises hands in the air* "RAAAARGH!"

Sabrina: "ROOOOOAR!"

Nagisa: "ROOOOOOOOOOOARRRRRR!" *Collapses laughing*

Mami: *Sighs* "I mean, before that! What was the other one you said?"

Sabrina: "Spellman? That's more of a reference..."

Mami: "The other one!"

Sabrina: "Eh... Velociraptor? Rargh?"

Mami: *Exasperated* "Not that..."

Nagisa: "Momoe!"

Mami: "Eh?"

Nagisa: "She said Momoe! Sabrina Momoe, cus' she's Big Sis!"

Mami: "...Nevermind." *Mumbles* "Sabrina Tomoe" *Mami stares into space with a dreamy look.*

Else I just can't stop myself.

Yeah, pretty much. Trying to do far too much, too soon.

I understand your worries, but what can the University group even tell Ueda?
They don't really know us either.

We just barged in and tried to stop the conflict and then trounced Sendai and Fukushima when we got ambushed.
And we can control grief. We are kind of altruistic and like to meddle but are somewhat reasonable and a do-gooder that likes helping people.
They don't really know that much about us, that Ueda couldn't just figure out from our behaviour just now, on her own.

Yeah, ok. Conceded.

We should spy on her later with precog, if for nothing else but to see how our rep is taken in other places

1) How badly does a group need grief seeds? How...? You remember that stupid remark we made just a couple updates ago because we didn't really understand how other magical girls view grief seeds? Because, despite meta-info, Sabrina apparently has no clue about the fundamentally, critically important value of grief seeds for magical girls? The question just makes no sense.

2) Why do we care about their debts? That is fundamentally Not Our Business, nor is it actually of any concern other than some people's need to interfere in other people's lives. Further, calling it a 'debt' is demeaning. People do other people favors, and expect that others will do favors for them in return. Have you never in your life had a friend help you move? Have they then not expected you to help out when they moved?

3) Why are we offering this cleansing service *right now*? It. Makes No. Sense. There is no context, no discussion, no attempt to familiarize ourselves with the other party, no reason for them to trust us, no reason for them to want to trust us, no reason for them to care about our petty ideals. Someone high on LSD makes more sense than Sabrina's negotiating skills.

4) Same thing for the intervention offer.

5) The entire thing is put on Moe's shoulders, forcing her to make her decision without input from her teammates, and said teammates are only being informed after the fact of a done deal.

The only parts of the vote that make sense are the first two lines and chewing Kuvira out. I feel like I should be trotting out a picture of Chewbacca.

Now, I can understand these points as goals to reach in a negotiation, but Sabrina continues to act in a completely brain-damaged way any time she opens her mouth for negotiations of any sort. There's been a continuous string of warnings in Firn's updates that apparently people are perfectly happy completely ignoring, and I suspect the only reason it hasn't bitten Sabrina in the ass is because so little actual time has passed in-game. (And yes, that even includes the one vote of mine that passed, but I am trying to account for such considerations in what I propose.)

The problem is that there's no one in-game who is both willing and able to properly chew Sabrina out for this nonsense, and all Firn can resort to is minor pangs of conscience. Sakura is willing, but doesn't have the mental acuity to explain it, other than just cursing, and Mami is almost too terrified to even disagree with Sabrina right now. If Akiko wasn't currently insane, she'd be my top choice for riding herd on Sabrina, since she's actually capable of shutting Sabrina down and has no compunction against doing so.

Ok, rant is out of my system. Here's my proposal:

[x] Yes, I think someone has taken to calling me that recently.
-[x] Look pointedly at Sakura.
[x] Explain to Moe her position. Explain the "No Foolishness Tolerated" policy, but that you don't want to have to repeat yourself, so you're waking the others up as well.
[x] Wake up the other two and get them settled in, and unbound once they agree to not cause trouble. Determine who has primary authority among them.
[x] Chew them all out for the collateral damage.
[x] Note, though, that their agreements with Sendai are their own business, and how Yumi wants to handle that agreement is her own choice.
[x] We won't interfere if they want to pack up and go home, but we are trying to offer a deal to nearby magical girl groups that they may be interested in.
-[x] Make the standard offer if they want to hear it.
-[x] Their confiscated grief seeds will be returned before they leave.
[x] Let them discuss among themselves how they want to proceed.
