1) Astrological prediction roll? We did have a study stars.
2) Is PSN disabled while on mass levy?
2a) Specifically, is [PSN] Expand Econ and [PSN] Plant Cash Crops disabled?
In regards to [Trade] Push the guilds to the limit to meet demands (Trade Tech for Wealth, up to 5 per phase, to attempt to top up Wealth)
3) Does this tech trade trigger our tech refund?
4) Does this option stop the Trade Disruption?

1. I rolled it, but given current voting trends, I'll just save it for the next phase.
2. If you go Mass Levy, yeah, most PSN options will be disabled and thus you probably won't get any choices.
2a. Those are definitely disabled in specific. If you did a survey you might have the choice to build mines of strategic goods though.
3. Yes
4. Yes, burning Tech to meet demand will prevent Trade Disruption

Green shore is the crimea province yes?
Yes, if you move everything south by about 12 degrees latitude. I thought we established this before. (like a dozen times) PoC!Earth is not Earth, it is similar, but not.

So, basically, Crimea isn't Crimea, it's more like southern France. Trelli (or whatever it is now) is less Istanbul and more Gibraltar. And Ymarr is less Georgia and more Fertile Crescent.

Do I have to establish this again?

We've previously seen [PSN] Expand Forests every round, and we've also seen [PSN] Survey Lands once as well. Here's hoping they'll be available to us!

Either way though we don't have many stat-positive actions left. {M} Forests, {M} New Settlement, and Retraining are just about it. (Retraining -> overflow to martial would be funny though probably not a good idea)

Swapping vote to Guilds over Smiths due to questions answered

...Theres going to be enough bolts flying once the levies get there to start a small iron mine on the battlefield isn't it?
No detail analysis. Ill again urgh

@Academia Nut, would overflow+ levy + retrain +raise army +retrain cause a development along the lines of military towns/cities?

The Chinese used border towns that housed soldiers who farmed the area in peace in addition to training, and could be called up for war.

The caliphates had cities that housed soldiers who acted as craftsmen, Merchants and landholders as hired hands/slaves worked the land, freeing time for training, and could be called upon for war or raids.

The roman legions acted in a similar fashion, especially towards the latter period of the Empire.

The benefit of such, besides the availability of soldiers, was that the army became self sustaining and economically productive, and it allowed the establishment of cities in conquered territory very rapidly, since the soldiers themselves had all the varied skills and expertise needed to establish a functional city.

Or do Ymar have a similar concept already? If so, how developed is it?

There's no such thing as a free lunch. Between the half-exile thing, opening up the games, and now this, we really shouldn't push the guilds any more than we have to. We may lose Stability or face an angry faction looking to do damage.

We need it because we'd be burning wealth extremely quickly with Mass Levy is the problem. Angry Faction < Cavalry 10 horde

Sure!

@Academia Nut A few questions to make sure I'm remembering Symphony correctly.
  1. Does it trigger between Merc groups and our war actions?
  2. Does it trigger between Merc groups?
  3. Does it trigger with our Vassals?
  4. Does it trigger between Merc groups and our vassals?
  5. Bonus Question: Is our new found March or Heaven's Hawks sending anyone to join in?

If Valleyhome is sicily, then greenshore is tuscany, and trelli is carthage.

The north Mediterranean is significantly more temperate than the south.

Besides the Skyrim joke, I don't get that reference.
Its actually several references.

AN's picture is I think a reference to Fate/Grand Order, the Servant Nikola Tesla.

ManusDomine's picture is of the Doll from Bloodborne wielding a weapon called the Kirkenhammer.

And the Stand thing is a JoJo's Bizzare Adventures reference.

It's possible that massively militarizing your craftsmen for an extended period could have an effect.

It's also possible that doing a Raise and a Retrain on the same turn could have interesting effects.

*glances at the avatar he has used since 2005*

Yes. Also, it's a banhammer.

And the Stand thing is a JoJo's Bizzare Adventures reference.

Yes. Also, the Stands are revealed to come from a magic bow and arrow. If you get shot by the arrow, you either die or when it is pulled out it leaves no damage and you manifest a Stand.

Here that folks? It's shiny! SV is all about shiny, and this here quest is literally worshipping a magpie.
What else needs to be said? Go and unleash the goblins within you, and reach for the shiny!

I remember the first one being true, but I don't think the others have ever been addressed.
