?

I am not quite sure what you said there.

Just saying he's right.

We aren't, the plan that Sivantic and me cooked up keeps us at above 10 wealth by mid turn.

Also, it's been stated several times that support subordinate boosts loyalty for a much shorter term than influence. That's why our reaction action was influence last turn and not support.

the 20+ wealth stability

Okay, so in early enough to skim over things, though I see the values we have might not be final yet, so voting is on hold while we sort that out(currently defaulting to rushing Annexes however, we need the government reform fast, and we also needed the Damned Dam yesterday).
I agree with your priorities and analysis, but want to go to bed soon,(after a couple of final things to look up and write down) and am increasingly loosing track of what all of the actions on the action table do and cost. (also have lost track of whether the dam actually unlocks the lowlands canal, or people just say it does)

Once you've voted would you be willing to tag me? Then I'll either vote the same or similarly once figuring out the mechanics of your vote.(and looking for word of AN on the lowlands canal.)

You are remembering incorrectly. AN has explicitly stated that completion speed is not a factor at present.

It's nice, but it doesn't get us Annex Upgrades.
I'm looking at our stats and we basically have a choice between Dam, Influence (not support) Subordinates, and Annexes. We can do any two of those, but not all three.

Also I'd replace one of the expand Econs with a Survey, since they're free as a secondary and if we get gold or silver mine we'll be much better off.
Ahh.

Hmm.

Well, then in that case, it seems like I'd have to support delaying the Annex then. Preventing near future nomad war (and getting in on histories biggest trade route as early as possible), and pre-empting subordinate breakaway are both shorter term problems.

I kind of want to also fit in some degree of support for Amber Road, though. Can we have a Banner company swing by, perhaps?
[X][Main] Dam
[X][Secondary] Influence Subordinate - Tinriver Colony
[X][Secondary] Influence Subordinate - Tinriver Colony x2
[X][Secondary] Expand Econ
[X][Secondary] Expand Econ x2
[X][Secondary] Survey Lands
[X][Guild] Plant Poppy
[X][Guild] Snail Cultivation
[X][Guild Secondary] Snail Cultivation

Okay, but we have three turns to do so. Our Western Colonies are at 2 Loyalty. Greenshore has reason to stay with Ymaryn and we just talked to Western Wall. We should chat with Tinriver to at least ensure that they do not plan on running away soon.(Yes I meant Influence, I used those stat costs )

Okay, I can see us doing a Survey ourselves since our Policy is still on Balance and they can potentially do one and double it themselves to a Main. Either way leaves us with enough Economy to push a big chunk of the annexes next turn, if not all at once while still leaving us Econ to deal with whatever happens next turn.
I like this, in general. However, what would you think of trading the main guild Poppy for double main Snail (downgrading poppy to secondary)? This does admittedly produce 2 less wealth right now, and does not increase trading power in a non-dominating good, but we have invested relatively little into snail cultivation, and I suspect there are additional goods or other developments hiding in those waters. A double main would give the best odds we can hope for on that actually happening.

I don't think it was explicitly stated, even though I believe it's correct.

Current Leading Vote:

[7][Main] Dam

[8][Secondary] Expand Econ
[6][Secondary] Change Policy - Passive (Forestry + Forestry -> Infrastructure + Infrastructure)
[4][Secondary] Expand Econ x2
[4][Secondary] Influence Subordinate - Greenshore
[4][Secondary] Grand Hall Annex

[6][Guild] Plant Poppies
[4][Guild] Plant Cotton

[5][Guild sec] Plant Cotton

If I count it right, we're going to use up 16 econ with the winning "plan". Also, we're blindly pursuing wealth without considering the impact on labor requirement.

Palace Annex - Can construct additional palace annexes, with each {S} committed consuming 2 Econ and 2 Culture for a new annex (11/18)
-Great Hall Expansion

Where is everyone getting Grand Hall from?

[X] [Main] Dam
[X] [Secondary] Great Hall Annex
[X] [Secondary] Great Hall Annex x2
[X] [Secondary] Expand Econ
[X] [Secondary] Expand Econ x2
[X] [Secondary] Influence Subordinate - Greenshore
[X] [Guild] Plant Cotton
[X] [Guild] Expand Vineyard
[X] [Guild sec] Expand Snail Cultivation
(2+2+2+2+4+3+1) =16 and we're starving.

It does not, it gives four less wealth and below the 10 Wealth mark, thus losing us a point in stability.

Read that wrong, still, it gives 9 and still loses point in Stability.

Your vote pattern is a bit different than the winning vote.
Care to standardize?

[6][Secondary] Change Policy - Passive (Forestry + Forestry -> Infrastructure + Infrastructure)

I must have missed that. Can you source that statement, please?
I'm sorry, but I really can't. When I complained about this during the last vote though, that is how it was explained to me, people pointing to the action descriptions and the fact that it's what our option for a react action rather than support subordinate.

I complained about the actions effectively lying heavily, but it wouldn't be the first time and it does make sense.

Basically Support Subordinate is to help a subordinate get on their feet when they have been raveged by plague or raided by nomads. Influence subordinate is to get them to act and believe themselves to be more like the core territories.

Yes, but staying between 10 and 20 means that we lose nor gain any stability.

Since we are already at 3, it is not as necessary as other things we have on our plate.

yes and my stance is that is that's not that hard to get 20 wealth if you take delegate land and you don't take influence subordinates. I understand everyone has their own goals this is just my opinion.
