We can afford this. AN has not updated the stats yet.

Now I think this one, Remove Settlement, and Clean Lower Courts are the best ways to address this issue. However, there are some problems. Attempt to reconcile can lead to failure to reconcile, with the trade off that it likely solves the issue and influences Purity positively. Remove settlement is kinda shoving people together without recourse. There will be sparks and it will be a very messy process to reach whatever the new equilibrium might be. Clean the courts is some what effective as lower classes can reach legal recourse more easily and it is presumably more effective, issue is that the enclaves are still there and ready to spawn further issues.

So I want to take a risk on Reconciling when we have a Mystic/Admin Hero who can't crit fail on either type of roll and has an excellent chance of reaching something we all like.

I'm doing this for three reasons:
The astrological prediction is, decent, though not particularly earth shaking.
The security response of figuring out if they are now ruled by hostile regimes.
To see if they need help and in general their status. I want to take the Khan too, but Damn he's expensive. I think we have it covered since it does 8 Wealth but I'll wait for stats update.


I'll just leave the second open, I'd put in restore confidence but I am concerned that it might have anti-synergy with the reconcile option from overzealous punishers if we roll poorly.

Hey guys! Yeah your shit ain't gonna fly. West Wall is closest and the one I want the most for land continuity. Tinshore is likely to take Trelli, and Greenshore is probably full Western Ymaryn now. Ah well(You can have Trelli by the way).

The salt gift should open up foreign ties, establish a good relationship with the revorn mountain horse, and prevent us from needing to send war missions against a nomad hero who probably has a higher cavalry score than us. Also prevents thdm from killing the Thunder Horse and costing us additional stability.

Influence at least one subordinate now to precent the likelihood of them all brdaking away at once and taking our stability with them.

Restore Order is boosted by Heroic Admin. It's much more likely it'll help, ensuring that lynch mobs and the like get shut down hard. Reconciling while at neutral or positive Stability is also bound to be better than reconciling at negative Stability.

RO+PG works very well with the reconcile Enclave vote since our Stability is still too low for comfort.

We need the Poppies to pay for the Salt Gift in case the hero dies next turn. Also, due to the ending of our Infrastructure policies so we likely won't have too much more forest usage. (Note that Forests is currently LTE negative as well due to the Rural Plague still being in effect.)

I believe in getting people to move around more being a much safer and positive idea than say just send a order of removing some settlements. The blowup possibility is quiet high for these kind of stuff. Get people more active in simpler things like buys real food and work in forests.

That doesn't solve the issue, though. It especially doesn't solve the whole "purge the unclean" thing our civ has developed. Reconciling the issues now while we have a Heroic Mystic is immensely important.
The King does not have to and indeed can not do everything. Bringing the people in contact with each other should allow others to work on the problem.

Heroic Admin and Heroic Mystic. Not only do the king's stats and views mean he's best possible hope of fixing this situation at all ever, he can also delegate and manage the whole process very well. At the very least it's a good first step for other people to follow. Future attempts - if anyone even cares to try - will be less frequent and less likely to succeed if we don't get the king on the situation now. Academia Nut did not say we would fix this problem by ignoring it and hoping the future fixes it.

Salt Gift because that is how you deal with Nomads. Non-negotiable.
Restoring Stability because haha Purity bullshit needs to be counterbalanced.
Influencing WW just makes sense.

Forests with Heroic Mystic after Plague are good to have.

Fine, might as well put down a solid vote.

As much as more Centralization would be nice, with a Heroic Admin, I am pretty sure we are at 1 Stability.

So we can tank the Reconcile Issues hit and instead focus on getting the Western Colonies back in line.
 
We just got trashed by a nomad hero. Sending a salt gift now saves stats, actions, the Thunder Horse, and stability.

It should also end the No External Trade status.

I don't care as much what else we do, but we need to resolve this Purity issue now because it's only going to get worse over time. Note the king's explicit doubts about whether his successor will be able to keep it handled nearly as well - doubts which are well-founded, since I don't think we'll luck into another double-Hero (in the perfect stats no less) by random chance. Also I am really not up for Yet Another Nomad Invasion right now, while we're still trying to recover, so let's head that off at the pass yeah?

This has the mysticism and culture cost I'd associate in pushing for the evolution of a spiritual value. It also has the stability cost I'd associate with pushing against the negative part of a value in general. In addition it fits the narrative of arguing that the idea behind them being impure is wrong for 'x' reasons. Under a heroic mystic, none the less. Definitely the best choice here.

For the reaction vote we have way too many that we need.

This gets us in with a Khan. One that is deciding to go the peaceful nomadic route. Backing this guy and getting on his good side means that the steppes are going to be secure for much longer. This is sort of time sensitive, but we don't know if our heroic admin king will be willing to take it next turn, so it might be very time sensitive.

Pretty important for getting trade and wealth income set up again. Also building relations back up is very important now.

Very important, and we need to take at least one of these. Sadly, we will need all 3 very soon. It should be noted that getting 2 has a good chance of stopping Tinshore from breaking off, since we'd get Greenshore back in line, and they'd be in a far less powerful place to join with someone to break off.

I think more interconnectivity is a better first step, as it prevents sects from forming their own little niches and causing problems by sharply diverging from society. It also makes it easier to hold on to our subordinates, which is the other major issue we face.

It's a fair point that we don't know how much longer Uvothyn's going to last, but I think we'll see better luck if we try to tackle the root causes of our issues before tackling the immediate symptoms.
