[X] [React] Build Aqueduct - Redshore (2x-3 Econ)
[X] [PSN] Sec Expand Econ (-1 Centralization, -5 EE, -1 Tech, +5 Econ)
We don't need the gold RIGHT NOW, even if it would be very important to get it sometime this century.
Good reasoning. EditedDepending on how much centralization we get, we may want to drop cent down by 2 with a full Expand Econ instead.
The prediction sounds like the Diplomacy turn. However, I feel the prediction says that helping the Merchants this turn will pay up somehow.

I've also been persuaded. Completing the Priest Quest is better than getting some wealth RN. The Gold Mine isn't going anywhere.
The priest quest expires in 3 turns. The 2 econ shouldn't be difficult to do at all. We're actually 2 econ short. So we won't be completing the priest quest.

Also, Northern Boundary Hill is probably where the Black River split off before going into Amber. Or it might be a settlement in Redhill.
Swords and Ploughshares are kinda nice when you want to max out Econ.Hmm... since I find our martial to be little low to my liking and we have the ability that turns some of our Econ to act as a booster for Martial if needed...

We will complete it on main turn then.
Also, we are getting pretty low on EE; Black Soil is in order.
Why would it?Doesn't Maining Black Soil make it harder to finish the Priest quest?
EE wise, remember the priests just built a new settlement for us.We will complete it on main turn then.
Also, we are getting pretty low on EE; Black Soil is in order.
So, tentative main turn actions:
Main Black Soil
Sec Gold Mine
Sec Gold Mine x2
???x2
Guilds - Ironworks 2:Redshore
Guilds - Kilns
What else was on our agenda?
Which is not good for disease because viscous bathwater means it can carry a very high pathogen load, and it ALSO means the baths are being used by too many people for their designed water burden, reducing the necessary dry and clean cycle to remove molds, fungi and scale buildup by running overtime. The artisan baths were okay, but given the amount of char, ash, and soot impregnated sweat working in the district produced, the waters in them were always at least a bit grey, and if you went at the wrong time they had a consistency more comparable to the more viscous body fluids.
Worst case we take PSN on the mine next turn I think. It's amazing how much of the narrative is determined by fictional prostitutes.
Also will we have time next turn to finish trader quest?
If not then that basically adds even more wealth to the mine.
Is this significant? If so, how?The priest was talking about a distillation device for separating Mercury-Gold amalgams via condensation temperatures!
