Getting women in again in an organized fashion is probably less immediately volatile than arming the peasantry with bows, which I fear will just lead to the nobles getting shot in the face. (This is not intrinsically a bad thing but not particularly great for keeping strife down.)
Iron Blooded to Steel Blooded is a nice boring choice but particularly relevant while we are bleeding Econ out the ass.
Solid meh to Honour Codes right now.
