Switching my vote to support Admin. We need to get our own shit squared away during the peace.

Except they are not. Our ships are catamaran designs and unless they copied that, it won't matter. Also, I don't care too much if they stop slaving.

They also know to keep their nose clean, because if their pirates got out of control, they're screwed six ways to Sunday.
Listen to me, and listen to me very carefully: This is iron for ships. It doesn't matter if we have better designs, they will crush us on the seas both economically and militarily until we pick this up. Worse, they aren't producing refugees, meaning that our most direct line to this technology is blocked. More, it's the economic implications that are dangerous here.

would a diplo genius have a chance to be an intrigue genius?

It's possible.

would expanding our forest now that we have the Northern Trading Post mean that we would start planting some northern trees as well? Or is it too early for that?

Too early at this point.

I assume that as usual, if a subvote for GA doesn't have 1/2 the votes, it isn't counted?

Yes. If there is a situation where more than half voted for a subvote but there is a split, I will go for the most popular subvote.

can conducting trade mission to HK with sufficiently diplomatic leader and currently overflowing Diplomacy result in diploannexation or something similar?

It is possible, yes.

Do theater count as infrastructure?

For the policy, no.

Hoping our provinces or infra policies get started on that Blackmouth GP. We should set our next twp policies to vassal and diplomancy if the possible admin genius doesn't decide on infrastructure.

So based on this, PttS is actually winning the react vote, right?
Yes. I just added in a listing of everything that is ACTUALLY winning.

The most important items on the agenda is stability, which means we want to build a governor palace. Then we take care of projects with the most urgency.
Why would that help with stability? IIRC it increases Loyalty at the cost of Dependency, but we are typically at high loyalty and low dependency...

Inserted tally by line. PttS is currently edging out Glassworks.
Adhoc vote count started by Citino on Aug 7, 2017 at 4:37 PM, finished with 98602 posts and 67 votes.

This guy looks the most promising for better integration of our vassals.

[X] [FC] Redhills
[X] [FC] Stallionpen

[X] [Diplo] Talk with southern neighbours (Sec Trade Mission - Highlanders + Lowland Minors (South-West))

Since conquest is out of question for now, I want to ramp up the diplomacy effort.

[X] [React] Main Build Glassworks

Gets that mission done.

Beethoven was deaf not mad.
I seem to recall he was both as a result of significant lead poisoning.

But that aside, can you really argue that the geniuses who produce some of our most spectacular works of art, music, and science don't tend to be a little off their rocker? It isn't a bad thing, just something that generally is.

So if we go for two free cities we'll still have one slot open, but we ideally don't want to fill that one so that if we ever take Vassal Support policy it'll attack as a low level influence rather than increase the cap.

Hopefully our luck in the Games will turn soon enough to grind out that 4 Prestige.
