I support democracy on the lower levels of government, open to all ranks of society and allowing voting for all members. I just want to keep the King in a "Pre-WW1 German Kaiser" level of power.

Yes. Apparently delenda is a gerundive, future passive participle adjectival form. My dislike of it had been rooted in the assumption that delenda was a simple adjectival form. This has been resolved. Thanks <3

True, and I'm really grateful for having those; if not, we would be in a lot more trouble getting our projects through.
That said, Baths have just become a thing, and Gymnasiums may very well be an extended project, so even with our Passive Policies doing extremely good work, there is is still a lot further to go before we get anywhere close to leveling out.
