[X] [Divine] Speak up for the idea (+1 Religious Authority, other effects)

This doesn't sound particularly bad, and is CLEARLY the most fun option. It invents standardized platforms, which are a great tool for communicating plans to the common person.

I've never heard of a religious system like this before: Any of you have a reference for similar historical ones?

Why are you still sending a war mission when you're sending in the RBC? The war mission isn't necessary to send them north. Better if we use that Secondary for something else, like the megaproject or getting us more Economy.

Sounds Chinese.

Vaguely.

And mostly because of Celestial Bureaucracy stuff they did.

Already have some contention on the matter so it's probably inevitable that if we don't setup cycling that one god gets picked and then is the main patron and from there you get absorption
Right now we have no King of the Gods, the last one to claim the title was Arxyn.
If we continue with that trend then there will be no absorption, and no chance of such. Also the politicisation of our pantheon will not occur, and religion will not become more powerful in politics, something we just voted to avoid. I don't want a king of the gods, I don't want a Yahweh turns into The Lord transition, I want a monarchless pantheon. That would solve all of the issues, politicisation, absorption and so on

Hrm.

If our provinces take into account the weather and our True City situation, I think they'll Megaproject x2 and [main] Econ once, which would be perfect.

But that's a pretty critical if, and we are short on econ slots.
It should be noted that extra progress gained by symphony still costs the resources of that extra progress.

If we're okay with the north handling their own things, which we should be, all things considered, then.

[Main] Expand Economy
[Secondary] New Settlement- northern Blackriver
[Secondary] Change Policy-Megaproject Support

Is our best bet.

I say it's best to not get too paranoid about the north when we're in the middle of a crises. We can make it up to them with greater connectivity and roads, and honestly prestige.

We didn't need a Secondary War Mission to send the Red Banner Company to fight for the TS or the HK. Why would we need one to fight for us? How does that not sound right?

@Academia Nut, can you confirm that sending the Red Banner Company to fight the nomads does not require a Secondary or Main War Mission from us?
THAT WAS A MID-TURN DECISION. Of Course that didn't require an action!

Hah.

There will be a king of the gods determined. So long as the Ymaryn have a King potion then it follows that their gods will too.

Good evening, it's me popping in again. Been too busy lately to get into quests lately in fact I was just about to log off. Not going to do a [Divine] vote because that probably needs to be discussed more, am opposed to, Speak up for the idea (+1 Religious Authority, other effects), because of bad?other effects? rather be silent and see how it plays out but not quite sure that Speak against it is even good or is it needed:???:? Not very apposed to changing War Mission to some thing else given a good argument.
Also changed the spacing and wording of my vote to look cleaner.

Provinces – [Main] Improve Annual Festival, [Main] Enforce Justice, [Sec] Enforce Justice
Stallions – [Main] Plant Forest x2
Western – [Main] Expand Warriors, [Main] Expand Forest, [Sec] Expand Econ, [Sec] Survey
Greenshore – [Main] Sailing Mission – Rivers, [Main] More Boats
Hatvalley – [Main] Expand Forest, [Sec] Expand Econ, [Sec] Survey
Red Banner – Change Employer, War Mission – Xoh
Main turn, not mid-turn. We didn't send any War Mission to the Xoh but the Red Banner could still attack them.

The people who are against the idea are being too paranoid if we do not do thid then one god will rise in importance among all others whereas with this system all gods are given a chance to be given importance.

Given our slot situation - and the fact we're not burning wealth that quickly - why not Build Mills instead of Expand Economy?
Art is cutting it close, technically just at the limit for the upper bounds. Wealth is something that will disappear fast, and we'll need to take emergency measures to increase it if something unexpected happens. We also really want maximum Econ, but this does leave Econ slots free, so that's saying something.

It wouldn't be bad, but perhaps when we're having less things on fire and don't have to constantly worry about something blindsiding us? About the only thing I'd be okay with spending wealth on now would be to gain one more dominant trade good so as to gain the full pay off. Keep in mind, that succeeding at this megaproject isn't going to stop the wealth drain, which needs the weather to calm down in general or our people to get used to it to deal with the disrupted trade.
