Ok. I don't think there is really a need to coordinate telepatically with Berra regarding the crowd, he is not an idiot, he knows we are not an idiot and and he taught us politics. He probably would figure out what we are doing as soon as we do. Though if we had to warn him about anything, it would be to check on Tabe's mom since she clearly realized in how much shit her son just got himself in.
That said, I wouldn't dismiss this being something like Gohan's thing since both the aura and eyes matches. It might be something like unleashed his hidden potential with him being as strong as a newly turned super saiyan because he is at the cap and his hidden potential right now is the super saiyan transformation. It could very well be possible that, if he ever transforms, the changes on his body would make unlocking his potential raise his power level higher... Actually, no. This can't be the mystic transformation because we still read him at 15 millon even if his strength and speed are at 150 millon.
That said, it could very well be something else or work another way, in which case it is possible that he is only at ss1 because it is fairly recent or because he is young and he could grow stronger in the future, which is bad. Even worse if this is something that others can learn and apply when super saiyan as that would make super saiyan rebelions a lot more dangerous. Heck, this is already more dangerous in the sense that it is hard to detect since it reads at a lower power level, which means people could train in it without special wards to hide they are doing so! Hopefully it requires a lot of skill and that combined with keeping the method secret will be enough to keep a lid on this.
That said, we have to worry about how to deal with this. One way would be to arrest and execute him under the excuse of him breaking the super saiyan ban but that would be premature and a way to ostracize house Stauber. A riskier but perhaps more rewarding move would be to ensure loyalty. We would need to bind Tabe closer to us (either by romantic relationship or friendship, with the former shooting up with the chance of our family getting this secret on top of genki dama thanks to our training and nabbing Jaffur's trick thanks to him and Mato) so that we have another hero unit besides Maya and Mato once he figures out Jaffur's trick. We can probably help with this by making clear how dangerous what he did was (or better yet, having Berra make it clear) and have Kakara advocate for mercy while making clear that Tabe can't teach this trick to others. That would make us look merciful and get us closer to Tabe and the current Stauber head since we would be advocating to pardon her son's life. That has the problem that we don't know anything about the head though so it would be a balancing act to make sure they are loyal to US above everyone else.
On a bright note, this means we already have a core of people our age to focus on for this age of legends. I mean, we have Kakara and Jaffur who will hopefully get along better once he is released (we still don't know where we stand with him after the dragon debacle). This is a worrying thing because one of our goals should be fixing the sundering and because Jaffur's warrior status would not only make it incredibly troublesome on a martial level if there is a fallout afterwards but it also will make him loved by Vegetans and saiyans in general. Right now we should focus on shoring our relation with him while he is isolated because while Kakara can "wrap him and Jaron around her finger" with their relative comunnication skills, once he is out there will be Yammar and the Senzus to council him, which means that getting his trust at this point would help a lot.
On the other hand, we have the humans Maya and Jaron. These are important pieces because of their potential, Maya as a ki mutant will grow stronger than most saiyans while Jaron has the potential to become as strong as Jaffur. They will presumably go one to Vegeta and one to Goku and it will be important to see if Jaron gets his own body or not but for now it is best to keep getting them more loyal to us, Maya as an important enforcer and Jaron most than anything because he is extremely close to Jaffur and so will help influence his opinions if he is a strong ally of ours. Something similar could be said about Betarel though that also would get house Senzu further on our side which would help a lot with the increase in Vegetan political weight they will get as the most loyal house and likely future guardians of Jaffur and Jaron.
Then of course we have Mato and Tabe, who are two Gokuns working on individual ways to make a saiyan surpass their limits. We already covered the importance of Tabe but we should shore up our relationship with Mato because a) having someone work on Jaffur's trick on an independent track could help develope future insights for our family b) it gives us another above average warrior and c) because while Kakara is the ki prodigy of the family, iirc it was mentioned ooc by Poptart somewhere that in terms of pure smarts, Mato is actually smarter than Kakara, which means we could get him as a scientific/steward hero unit, which would be important to catapulte Garenhuld to the space age and make it a galactic power, plus it would help our administration and it is always important to get the cadet branches closer to the throne to actually like the rulers.
Finally, we get Fenn/Dylon and Celeran/the Peats to support us to get even further support from the faith. In this, Jaffur would also benefit but as a master diplomat and chief demigod, we would benefit more as long as Jaffur doens't pull a legendary advancement for our species out of his ass (so likely we will be wrestling back and fort on who they like more). We do have an advantage on this ground and we should play it for all it is worth.
Completely different subject, but maybe we should train GO using the Saiyan masque? It reduces our PL to 10% so it would not endanger the wards.
