In order to simplify it for myself, I have decided that as power level climbs you basically have subjective time. Yes, that is simpler to my way of thinking. :lol So yes, you think faster. A subjective second to a Full-Power Super Saiyan is actually (arbitrarily small division of a second) in reality. And I shall cheerfully ignore any evidence to the contrary. :p

So Kakara could do all her studying and homework in an objective minute or so!

So we can do our homework faster as a super Saiyan? Do we gain actions just from power level?

When Kakara and her Dad talk when they are both super Saiyan to everyone around them they are talking super fast like in the manga.

Technically. In practice, she doesn't. The Misfits already did a lot of homework as a study group and backing out would be entirely too conspicuous. :lol

While you do gain that subjective time, if we look at the manga and anime, we see that the Z Fighters spend an immense amount of time not availing themselves of the incredible advantage such time optimization would allow. My answer (conceived months ago, in fact) was thus mandated by the Doylist, "clearly, this already is not the case," and it fell upon me to provide a Watsonian answer.

That answer is that it messes with your head to be sped up all the time. You pretty much lose the ability to have normal interactions with people not at your specific speed if you spend the time counting nanoseconds. And I have hard-coded Kakara as not stupid enough to try.

So...you become Kingdom Come Flash? (For those unfamiliar, this is not a good thing.)

you know, that would actually explain namek. It really did only take like 10 minutes or so to blow up, but subjectively that it was hours.

Honestly @PoptartProdigy, I think you're overthinking it.
I'm overthinking it because even if my answer was a simple, "Yes, that's so, but not in a way that changes anything mechanically," I'd be faced with any one of several players presenting arguments why it should due to manga issue #something, and then I'd need the in-universe explanation anyway. And I also like worldbuilding. Nice, low-stakes challenge for the mind. I genuinely enjoy figuring out how and why things work.

All the time, yes; but would it really harm one to do it for ~10 minutes a day? Maybe one could build up tolerance (or addiction )? :D

*greatly amused* See?:

Ten minutes a day would be scaling back, in fact. I actually don't find it plausible that Kakara is at a low enough power level enough of the day for anything else.

All you had to do was say "That weird timey wimey stuff didn't happen in the show and things would get weird if I implemented that." Now you're dealing with nanoseconds and addictions and all that nonsense.
Ah, but I still do love the worldbuilding. Ultimately it doesn't matter; the end effect is the same. But I love to shape a world in words, and a friendly matching of wits with munchkin players is just a bonus. :)

We clearly just need to learn Hit's shit. :p

Is the multiverse / multiverse ranking system going to come into play in this fic at all, or is that spoilers?

[]Ki training: telekinesis, see just how many everyday tasks you can use it for and how much you can multitask when you are not limited to two hands.
[]Ki training: Multiform, Of course you aren't limited to just two hands, but you can still do better. Time is ever the enemy.

Basically we can trade mental stress for extra actions.

Since I can't seem to recall... what's the spoiler policy on the video game side of things? More specifically the Xenoverse series, what with its OCs and (very minor) Super Spoilers?

Generally best to avoid it, mostly because some people wouldn't have played the games yet and they are unlikely to have real effect on the timeline/progress of this RP. Dragonball Super Stuff can be added/ignored relatively easy since it can be slotted into the 'time of gods' that they don't have as much information about as they think they do, while the various Hijinks in time and space with alternative universe and time battles generally don't matter.

Not really, no. It's just easier for me to deal with if I decide that Kakara is too smart to mess with that; it's a seriously bad idea.

The text of the spoiler policy, beyond being in a threadmarked update, is also on the OP; to summarize, anything that spoils any part of Super that has not received an official English dub can be discussed, but only in spoiler boxes. Video games are as subject to that as anything else.
