Well, discussion isn't happening and we're only a few minutes off, so I'll go ahead and open this vote.

Why are you just voting yes? Why aren't you voting to warn Maya about how Dad will eventually sense her?

You literally could never secure permission to reveal that under present circumstances. If you consult your father the two of you will work out a ceiling. If you do it yourself you'll impose something like, "never more than 10% more than her," or something similar. You might actually trail her at some points.

Another question, we're not teaching her how to sense ki, right? Because that would be pretty likely to break the Masquerade.

Yes, but that on its own doesn't really say anything. If we say "At least one other person in the entire world has powers besides us and Dad", that would be enough and would give away nothing important. We need to tell Maya about the risks of training her and we can't do that without telling her about Ki Sense. Not telling her is irresponsible and she will be angry at us that we never told her the risks when Dad inevitably shows up.
