The only non-regular-Saiyan form open to anyone who's not a Matriarch/Patriarch, Lord/Lady, and/or Scion is Oozaru. And as for Ultra Super-Saiyan and the like, @PoptartProdigy has stated they aren't really useful compared to a Full Power Super-Saiyan/Perfect Super-Saiyan.Question, the law forbids obtaining higher forms... What about the side grade forms?
Really, shame that. Grade one could be useful at timesThe only non-regular-Saiyan form open to anyone who's not a Matriarch/Patriarch, Lord/Lady, and/or Scion is Oozaru. Everyone underestimates Grade 1.
Especially when the people you face have a edge on you already, a .5 can help even it out at the cost of a bit more drain then normal.Everyone underestimates Grade 1.
Seriously, a .5 boost in every stat with few to no drawbacks isn't anything to be sneezed at.
Unless they're also of the "slow, but tough" school.Pretty much unusable in a fight against anyone you couldn't beat with FPSS to begin with due to the speed decrease and energy drain.
Essentially, only relevant if we somehow were fighting something like the Deathstar, but in DBZ land: Something big and tough and yet not mobile.Grade 3 is Ultra Super Saiyan. Stronger and more powerful than Full Power Super Saiyan, but that's it. Pretty much unusable in a fight against anyone you couldn't beat with FPSS to begin with due to the speed decrease and energy drain.
That's what moves like the Final Flash, Special Beam Cannon, and Destructo Disk are for.

The words, "He's a troubled, but I can change him!", make seers laugh.
Can I use my vote to specifically focus on not making the tail pun, and have it count like four times harder by not applying any of it to any other pieces of the vote?
I'm not really in a YOUTHSUIT mood.
My reference and comparison doesn't count, sadly, because it's really the same comparison to the same event. I saw the earlier comparison in the heated discussion about plan honest truth, followed it to see what was up in MFD, and then referenced the same incident again just now for the same reason. However - you are great and I will flatter you properly now. Thank you for writing this.I'm flattered that my quest has been (twice) compared to "Marked for Death,"

On another quest, some voters pulled a last-second vote change to go purchase a YOUTHSUIT. There's a lot of context behind that which I am not privy to, but it was apparently sufficiently bad as to warrant serious consequences. The QM's took it seriously for a while and wrote a punishment update in response. The quest nearly imploded. Somebody made a cogent argument for why this should not be sustained and the QM's agreed. But the YOUTHSUIT (the all-caps is important ) lives on in the memories of all those who saw their favorite, long-lasting quest go down in flames, however briefly.First of all what's youthsuit second of all who can be this much of a stick in the mud.
So what your saying is the contexts are completely different in every way.Eeeeee!

It was a running gag that started as the protagonist deliberately being silly and fighting with a deliberately stupid style to not give away his own skills while assessing the fighters of a village. One of the characters who would later become a protagonist in the party was enthralled by Rock Lee style. It developed into a running gag and numerous joke votes. One night, the joke vote won, and consequences were never the same. Then the trolls who pushed the joke vote through repented, begged forgiveness, supposedly learned their lesson, and the quest continued with the consequences the same again.
What I said was a hyperbole, yes, but I did want to thoroughly not make stupid puns and earn an eye-rolling. Kids will be kids, yes, and at ten perhaps we should do this - if we ever behaved in any way like a ten-year-old. But that ship has sailed, and despite being physically ten there isn't really anything else ten about us.So what your saying is the contexts are completely different in every way.
...I'm not objecting to the joke. I am exasperated that it took up so much threadspace being a serious issue, but I don't have a problem with it, so I presume you're addressing somebody else. Nonetheless, that's a bit hostile. Please back it down a bit.So what your saying is the contexts are completely different in every way.
Sure if we changed the vote to not ask anything useful and only make a joke and nothing else you'd have even the slightest case, but this is merely an addendum to an already existing point of advancement.
One of our character traits is literally odd ball.It was a running gag that started as the protagonist deliberately being silly and fighting with a deliberately stupid style to not give away his own skills while assessing the fighters of a village. Indeed it is. And I feel it very inappropriate to activate it in this particular circumstance, which is why I asked about voting against that. You know, with my vote. Which I get to make (assuming voting was still open, but it isn't, so that doesn't matter). It's okay with you if I also play this quest, yes?
Supposedly?
I'm flattered that my quest has been (twice) compared to "Marked for Death," but dear lord, people, it's a tail pun. This is not the YOUTHSUIT. You're going to be fine. The absolute worst thing that can happen is for Raditz to roll his eyes at you. Promise.
'Sides, vote's closed.
