what the everloving fuck i didnt even format that using tags

fixed?

Sufficient Velocity's Rich Text editor auto interprets back and forth tags, in my observation. Eg if you switch to the BB code editor appropriate tags appear and if you switch back it switches to appropriate text.

Critically, I've noticed with eg certain browsers and the like copy-pasting winds up inserting all kinds of bb code and so on invisibly, which can really fuck up the output if you don't check it over.

From the wording of the prophecy, it seems like there are two conditions to prevent the Fall of Namek: To gather all Namekian warriors out there in time, who are currently unaware, and to awaken whatever is sleeping.

On the other hand, I am a bit worried about whether the other visions are involved. I have no clue how Goku using spirit saiyan versus 13 could fit but the vision of the enemy... it seemed to me that Tooru dies 4 years from now and the Enemy believes that he killed all saiyans with him so it might be that he has no idea we exist... but if it is related to the namek situation then our intervention might warn him of it.

Unless disclosure is what causes all this to happen...

Things be weird and we don't know the whole context.

As I understand it, that should be impossible, based on what we know of the Sight - I'm pretty sure it gives visions of "what the future is likely to be if you do not act on this vision in any way," roughly. Of course, as all the hedging should make clear, I'm not 100% confident in this assessment.

-or, he's already found and destroyed Garenhuld by that point...

...Where did Basson get Armor?
I mean, ki warriors can fight in space without too much difficulty, so it isn't just a poetic description of a spacesuit.
This probably isn't that relevant, but did we get Toru's power level?
What was Bassoon's power level in the last vision?
We do have really good ki sense, so I hope we can share adequate force composition data with them.
[X] Explain everything, no matter how trivial. Something of this gravity...unsettles...you. You want him to give you a full second opinion. Anything could be related.
I don't see why we wouldn't. None of this violates any of the garenhulder basic security principles, and all of it could contain meaningful information that could help them.
[X] See if Bassoon knows of any Seers or Mages who might know a technique that enhances Sight. Every last detail is vitally important, and getting training in the Sight will only help your long term goals.
[X] Ask Bassoon about why there didn't seem to be any fused warriors in our vision of the final battle.
This seems like a common sense thing. Even if we probably can't train / use our ki skills right now, it still makes sense to take advantage of this to work on our other skills. Our battle precog might be helpful in Bassoon's head, and the rest should help with finding intelligence. And who knows, there might even be a Psi, which probably has untold implications for Sight usage.

Well, from the update where you landed in Bassoon, you know that he personally prefers to wear a sealed suit in space, so he either doesn't know the right techniques to fight and persist in space as you do, or he prefers the suit for some reason.

You sensed nothing from Toru.

About what he is now.

You have fantastic ki sense. So fantastic it outpaces your ability to count, at sufficient scales.

Umm...
Toru blurs into motion, blasting up into the sky, as his ki begins to flicker and he begins a transformation-
Kakara did feel his ki, though feel free to retcon that.
...I wonder if it is theoretically (or even practically) possible to IT using Sight-based ki sense, and what would happen if you tried to IT to a place in the past or future from visions.
While I'm at it, I might as well ask what we felt of the ki of the 'woman in strange armor', and the rest of the Namekian warriors throughout the visions.
If Bassoon is the same person as the RP character, albeit with a different history, doesn't that mean he also has psi abilities or the potential for them? If nothing else, just discovering the fact that Psi is a thing might have important implications back home. But if he didn't obviously unlock Psi in his final charge in the vision...

Ki has visible effects, to whit, aura. No retcon needed. His ki quite literally flickered into visibility.

You felt nothing of the ki of the woman in strange armor, perhaps fittingly as she was attempting to murder somebody unaware of her presence. The various namekian warriors you felt peaked at or a few million above Bassoon's level (Plank), but largely fell a million to two below (on average, from Kakara's extremely abbreviated glimpse of the entire planet under assault).

Toru got a God transformation? That has... implications. Or he did some trick to switch to artificial ki, which is still a big deal. We might want to See 'the last point that Toru had normal ki' or something like that if we can manage it.
Really? I would have expected a 'final assault' to contain at least some last minute fusions that would go well beyond Bassoon's level...
That might mean that the Namekian fusion is lost...
We might want to work on that, since that's probably the largest contribution we can make to Namek's survival.
Unless the prophecy's victory condition means that that wouldn't work...

Kakara thinks it could be either 1) no Namekians fused, 2) Namekians no longer know how to fuse, or 3) this being the final stages of an assault is the reason why there aren't any fused Namekians left.

Rule 4 Violation: Don't be disruptive
Brilliant. So now, instead of training like this arc is supposed to be, you drop THIS on our heads, confirming that our last remaing relative is doomed with us being completely incapable of becoming strong enough to be more than a joke without being immediately ganked, that the planet we're out to save will be gone in four years, making this entire endeavour pointless, and forcing us to somehow try and singlehandedly save New Namek, which will also be pointless because whoever they're fighting will just send more men when we're not looking. Well played, @PoptartProdigy . Well played.

Dude. Chill.

This is a warning, not a threat. Not only do we in fact still have time to change things, we aren't that limited. Just throwing out some ideas here: spirit saiyan new namek -> wards around the planet. Or give them warning in time to use a dragon wish. Or just use spirit saiyan to win. Or, or, or...

I cannot think of a good reason to not tell Bassoon everything. He clearly knows something happened, and that it was pretty dang severe.

Part of me wants to say something about picking up phones, but in this instance I think it probably was worthwhile to get all of these. This is important information.

Looks like things are getting messy and we're stuck playing shoulder fairy for our new friend. Given we know virtually nothing about the local situation and that cryptic prophecy bullshit annoys me to no end, lets go all in and actually talk things over with our new friend.
