since when does one excludes the other ?
It doesn't- but I was voting for four things because I approved of all four separately, not because I was trying to compose a plan involving more than one of the four. If I understand how things work, my REAL vote is...

[X] Plan Attack Under Jamming
-[X] Write-in: Ask the incoming Senzu fighters to blanket Dandeer with sheer telepathic noise. If she's getting tactical advice from a subverted Seer, jamming her communications could take away that advantage. THEN...
-[X] Write-in: This cannot distract from what you're doing. Both Lords are effectively out the ability to make snap reactions, and Yammar is occupied. With both of you this coordinated, you don't need an opening. Use Instant Transmission together to get a clear shot at Dandeer and take her out of the fight. Whatever's happening, she is the linchpin.

And some other ideas I approve of...

[X] This cannot distract from what you're doing. Both Lords are effectively out the ability to make snap reactions, and Yammar is occupied. With both of you watching for an opening, and this coordinated, you'll find an opening. When you do, go straight for Dandeer and take her out of the fight. Whatever's happening, she is the linchpin.

[X] Is now the time for a Genki Dama?! Yes! yes it is! With this spell Jaffur will be better than ever at keeping them off of you, and you have a few seconds where they're unable to interrupt at all while the two of you get ready.

I don't think there's much point in wasting time asking the Senzus to do telepathic jamming EXCEPT as cover for Instant Transmission. Remember, the reason we're bothering to try to jam her is because we think she's getting telepathic advice warning her of our moves before we make them. That matters if she can counter the move.

The IT strategy is more vulnerable to Dandeer's foreknowledge, because it lets her know where we'll be appearing and drop a spell on us as we emerge from the teleporting. By contrast, charging a Spirit Bomb or just fighting our way past the Lords are less vulnerable, because there's no specific moment when we are uniquely susceptible to interception.

to be fair, the jamming would continue even AFTER this action (if we do not succeed), so it might still be usefull. Other than that, you're probably right.

-[] Ask Apra to telepathically shout at all the non-oozaru Saiyans on Dandeer's side.
-[] If pressed, Jaffur will prioritize defending Kakara as Kakara attempts to incapacitate Dandeer.

I specifically want Jaffur to NOT be delivering a killing blow to Dandeer, which this prevents.

I also specifically want Apra, a Super Saiyan, to do the radio jamming. She's got enough ki that she should be able to blanket the supposed telepathy even if there's a moderate spell protecting it. I don't know that the Senzus could do that (though quantity does have a quality of its own).

Simon Jester, I noticed that you have multiple votes with filled in brackets. That might be a problem?
if you mean the different posts, then only the last one is counted.
If you mean the multiple votes in a single post, that's fine too. Approval voting means you can vote for multiple things. They just need to be separated (leaving an empty/blank line in between them is enough)

Also, please separate the options for which you are voting. Your last post would count as a single megavote i think, and it doesn't make much sense as it is.

I don't understand how my simple ideas keep getting pointlessly complicated. Howling at an opponent while attacking them is kind of the defining feature of the franchise. Kakara can start faster than anybody she delays her attack to ask, is the closest combatant, isn't distracted by fighting Yammar, and has more ki and ki control than all the Senzus combined, even assuming that they all even know the technique in the first place. She is also competent to figure out the best way to get to her target, including IT, based on IC context the readers aren't privy to without having her hands tied by it being specifically prescribed.

The good news is that since visions take as long as you subjectively witness, and Sensei has a power level of less than 100,000 (I believe less than 10k) he can't vision NEARLY so fast as we can act.

This should minimize his ability to help the enemies MUCH.

[X] Project yourself into Berra's mind and have Jaffur burn out the magics on him through you. hopefully you should have the time.

Communication with a Seer is bad. Any plan the enemy already knows about will, by default, fail to work.
So any plan we come up with that doesn't involve stopping her tactical updates from happening will probably not work. Second to that: The big guys are distracted. If she gets distracted or confused for even a second, that's a perfect shot to stopping this.

Can we get a write-in for Jaffur and Kakara doing the telepathic screaming? The Senzus would take longer and probably be weaker than those two.

We don't know if Jaffur has telepathy, but having Kakara do it was the original idea. How it didn't even make it to the run-off vote I don't even know. At best guess, the thread has a neurotic complex insisting on inserting counterproductive and completely unnecessary delays and points of failure into any halfway decent tactic.

[X] You don't know what's going on with Sensei Carrick, but you can't take any chances. Start contacting every Seer you can sense and order them to do anything they can to disrupt his visions since that's a thing Seers can apparently do.

Dandeer probably has tapped Carrick for his visions and that was why she had her eyes closed before the power ball fully formed. She's probably used a lot of sorcery to connect and command various elite saiyans in a number of fields beyond combat ability since she has both lords and the Vegetan Patriarch for that. Disrupting Carrick should in theory take out her strongest defense and allow us better access to get at her and not be counteracted. Turning multiple seers against Carrick and Dandeer should also help in identifying future threats for this immediate fight and figure out what Dandeer is trying before she can do so.

Under my plan, Yammar would already be down, and we'd be ready to take on 3-on-2 or just monkeyball the remainder to end this this encounter...

As I recall, your plan was "group up with Apra to beat on Yammar and just hope that Berra and Vegeta hang back rather than joining in the brawl." Considering that we have no proof they'd have done that, it seems a bit much to declare that of course it would have gone off without a hitch.

They didn't attack the moment they could, which was objectively the correct tactical decision, which suggests that they were literally interpreting their orders to protect her and only her.

That's an assumption you're making. There's plenty of room between "proactively aggressive" and "absolutely passive" in which their behavioral parameters could fall. For example, they could be only able to move reactively to protect Dandeer in response to our actions, but with a broad interpretation of "protect" permitting them to respond to our choice to engage Yammar.

Now, is it possible that your plan would have had the results you desire? Yes. But I don't think you're at all justified in declaring that it definitely would have.

Yeah, the immensely experienced combatants are leaving the sorcerer and wielder of the spirit bomb unmolested to their own devices only so long as they don't engage the ally they are leaving out to dry because their sophisticated interpretive programming decided that that was the correct definitional limit.
