maybe, but it only takes us a few minutes for a few hundred millions bonus to our power level with passive drawing, and considerably more if we take energy from all conspirators except the super saiyans.

It's free energy. No reason not to have it. We can also use it to overcharge Jaffur's and Dandelor's spells if needed
The big problem is that it takes concentration and charging time, and involves us being in telepathic contact with lots of people- and our telepathy starts to fray outside a hundred-mile radius, so we're likely to 'leak' and have non-conspirators find out what's going on.

We could Multiform and have a multiform work on this, but then we're pre-committing that clone to that task and starting the timer on one of our multiform uses. It's not a BAD strategy but I'm not sure it's best strategy.

You might be disappointed, then; he's got muscle, but Jaffur's pretty slender. ;)
I'm picturing something like Goku's physique during the tail end of Dragonball and earliest part of Dragonball Z- fully grown and clearly very athletic, but not bulky or blocky.

Obviously, that just means that, to keep the cosmic harmonic balance, WE must provide the muscle in this hypothetical relationship.

[JK] Hey, this is coming out of nowhere and everything, but I am suddenly convinced that I have to bulk up. Can we continue this conversation while I do push ups...preferably in a gravity chamber or something like that?

Bear in mind, the Genki Dama option specifically calls out the people within your telepathy range as your targets. Now, given the mechanics of telepathy, there is still non-zero risk if somebody manages to directly interpose by accident, but that's a much smaller risk. Possibly something worth serious consideration nonetheless, mind.

You're closer, with Goku. Jaffur is more slender still. I'd almost call him lanky. He's grown about three feet over two years, after all.

I blame sealing failures.

Is... this a problem? If we're only calling to people within the clan compounds...

Whilst I'd usually be all for taking the extra addition to the action, this is one of those very rare circumstances where there's enough time pressure it's probably not a good idea.

I'm honestly a bit ambivalent about approval voting these, given that they are the only things that have been voted for so far. It feels weirdly gauche, or maybe redundant.

Mathematically it is the same as not voting. But someone voted to blow up the planet, so your good.

[x] Proceed directly to the plan as established. Confront your father with the truth of Jaffur's situation, and secure your father's cooperation in removing Dandeer. Following that, bring him to Dandeer and use your assembled might, along with the loss of your father's support, to coerce her into standing down and accepting her arrest. If your father cannot be convinced, the plan becomes a coup, with you taking advantage of the chance of getting your father alone to incapacitate and arrest him before proceeding to Dandeer and doing the same to her, skipping negotiations. If he can be convinced but Dandeer cannot, you put her down by whatever means prove necessary.
