A pair of thoughts about our digital endeavors:
-DoofOS can easily be pronounced as "Doofus". At least it's recognizable?
-ENCOM's rolled ridiculously low. Now, it could be bad luck that's bungled their numbers... but it could also be roll penalties. Penalties from, say, sabotage, whether it's from a rival or Programs rebelling against the MCP.

More specifically the quote was abut how until Dip came around no one thought that Toons could die.
I understand what you meant, but that doesn't have any relevance to Goofy's "lost" wife. They're a character adjacent to Goof Troop, not Roger Rabbit. Even then there would need to be a reason to be dipped. It's capital punishment and I think we would know if Goofy's wife had a state-ordered execution or a messy assassination.

Well the character sheet for the MCP for Gridlocked gives it a Malus to actions taking place outside of the virtual world, though whether a version of that trait has been adapted or not is up to MiH, and if there wasn't a rebellion against the MCP before there very well might be one now

I wouldn't rely on the NPC sheets being relevant here. Besides, rolling out a software update (or amazingly failing to fail to do so twice) is very much a digital action.

There's always Scrooge but that comes with it's own issues
Pretty sure Scroogie is either dead or he and his family have been imprisoned in some kind of magical stasis. Alternatively... he lost his #1 Dime and thus all his luck. He had a large array of enemies after all, and most of them are the gloating type to want to keep him around to rub their success in his beak.

I do have to wonder, which version of Ducktales is this? Reboot or Classic?

Scrooge (or his ghost) would smack you with his cane for saying his #1 Dime was lucky and therefore the reason for his success! He earned it by being tougher than the toughies and smarter than the smarties, which is why the Dime has mystical significance.

To my knowledge, MiH isn't either version of Ducktales, per say. Its Uncle Scrooge and the Duck Comics with some Ducktales elements bolted on.

You forgot Sharper than the Sharpies.

You're right, I did. All of that makes it a tantalizing prize for a witch like Magicka De Spell to use and make herself rich.

Huh. I wonder if wishing for money counts as forgery, fraud, or unlawful conversion. She might have to answer some questions to the IRS and INTERPOL.

Currently hitting a wall with stewardship options outside of Phineas & Ferb, Kermit, Roger, and Zan Owlson. Disney Wiki has not been helping at all. Their search function is busted or something. I'll keep looking later.

I think it may have something to do with the world's leaders being business owners and thus unrecruitable

With how much ENCOM has bungled recently, their stock prices must be plummeting, makes me wonder how viable buying them out would be?

You know, something's been bugging me, and I think I finally put my finger on it. Perry apparently being dead. Doof is many things. But a killer isn't one of them. At most I'd have expected him to do something like stasis-lock Perry and put him inside the statue for the memorial park, or petrify him and do the same. But not something that's 110% irreversible.

Or someone else killed him and we realized he's our other half. Or it was an accident. If we petrified, we'd surely know about it.

If someone else had killed Perry, Doof would have them firmly in his sights. As much as they were antagonists, they also respected one another and had a cordial working relationship. Thus the memorial park.

Monogram is just keeping quiet about about Operation Robomammal. That 2 wasn't for NegaDoof, but instead confirmation that CyberPerry has begun the final stages of completion.

An accident then. Someone else did bring up the Tinfoil ball incident, and if there was any other incident in which he could perish then it would be that one.
