Experiment "Laze": A new take on one of Jumba's older ones, this little guy causes whoever is hit with his beam to become immensely lazy! This turn, one random hero unit is made immensely lazy. Any national action they are put on, they must roll a D6, and, on anything but a 6, they waste time and accomplish nothing, wasting the actin entirely. Note that an action they have a strong preference for (one that would cause a loyalty increase) will nullify this check, and it does not apply to PAs.

Likely Toon Related, there is a strong chance that either the new toon mechanics were to strong or weak, or he used the old one as they decided what to do.
Counterargument: It's funnier if there were just inexplicably regular non-anthro ocelots living in Central Europe that took him for some reason.

Sam's smile lasted right up until the deafening sound caused him to turn around to the shape of a mushroom cloud billowing across the desert.
The crowd ooed appreciatively.
"IT'S THA END A DAYS YA VARMITS!!!!!!!" Yosemite screamed, already strapping a deer skull to his head and preparing his tribal wasteland leathers. "RUN FER YER LIVES, GET THAE THE DESERT! BURY GOLD! DIG UP THAE GOLD! BLAME THE GOVERNMENT! SHOOT THA CAZADORS, YAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!"

You… can't really say anything about that without sounding like a massive hypocrite. But you are a little curious as to why most of Cloverleaf's 'Endowment for the Sciences' seems to have gone to one person in particular, a fact you would not have known if the Red Car hadn't ferreted it out.

Greatly concerned about Doom's continued focus on the multiverse, or just Amphibia in general. Not just because him beating us to expanding out into the true final frontier annoys me, but also because him poking Andrias and possibly Darcy means drawing their attention, and an Amphibian invasion would be the cherry on top of the two Crises (is that the plural for crisis?) we're facing.

Well it is Villains Victorious. So I assume that Arty won at the things where he was a villain, but still lost at things where he was trying to be heroic... things like rescuing his kidnapped father.
