From the way the Setting Lore goes, the Huntsclan, Mafia, and Manhattan Gargoyle Clan are in a 3 way street war in NYC, which Xanatos allows so long as it doesn't disrupt business
And the Huntsclan outside of NYC? They were an international organization after all.

I can't really comment on the Gargoyle stuff since I only saw a few episodes of that show over a decade ago.

We can take Syndromes territory to reach Canada. Hes just taken a massive hit after all. But then Bill's in our territory. On one hand we'd be first in line. On the other hand we could be proactive about stopping him...
I think I would prefer to make an alliance with Drossel von Flugel and perhaps treat her like another daughter, Vanessa would probably like to have a sister.

No Idea. The Other Kings probably don't allow them to operate in their territory.

As to the Gargoyles Stuff, there are Gargoyle Clans all over the world as per The Goliath Chronicles, which was basically Season 3 of Gargoyles just under a different name. The one in London is specifically tied to King Arthur returning in modern times.

And the Huntsclan probably couldn't make a dent in some of the Gargoyles stuff, not when Titania and Oberon were major players in the show

With Bill, we could probably get some help from that Axolotl that he's afraid of. We'd need to get way farther in occult (or get an occult adviser) to do that though.
There is also Pitch Black from the Rise of the Guardians, that one has a Santa in it right?
As much as I would LOVE to have RotG appear in some form since that movie is underrated, it is a Dreamworks film. It's not Disney.

I mean Ironically Negaduck is probably the one best set up to contain Bill as he knows how to trap people in, and get out of, other dimensions

He just doesn't care.

Alright we should definitely send our Robotic heroes to the North in order to meet Flugel and her robot faction.
We should but only after we upgrade their AI and have Doof recognise Norm as his son

Iirc the main obstacle in Fireball was that Flugel and her subjects communicated in a way that was utterly incomprehensible to humans, hence why the message we have from them is utter nonsense, and didn't actually understand humans enough to know how to communicate with them

Having an advanced AI that can communicate with them and is on very good terms with several humans would make a great first impression with Flugel

EDIT: Actually that reminds me @Made in Heaven the personal action for introspection about Norm says that our understanding of AI effects what the result of the action would be, does that mean that we'd need to actually upgrade Norm with that AI for it to apply or does Doof just knowing that it's possible for Norm to have that level of AI work as well?

I Tried to improve the map a bit by adding some color coding to the legend and removing some of the less relevant borders. Hopefully that helps clear up some of the confusion people have had about, y'know, where things are.
This is pretty good! I might just adopt it for general use, if you wouldn't mind it.

I don't recall the Goliath Chronicles covering the international clans. There are many clans who will reunute in the future timeline, but Goliath Chronicles is not canon to Gargoyles lore since it was made without Wiesman or any of the other prior showrunners.

(That's also why it mostly sucked.)

That said, the Gargoyles comic Wiesman worked on acts as a pseudo third season. It may be overwritten if Gargoyles is picked up again.

Goliath met the London Gargoyle Clan during an Arthurian Episode. Their leader is Griff who looks less like a standard Gargoyle and more like a Humanoid Griffon

Griff and Arthur were featured in episodes before the Goliath Chronicles switchup. They were due to go on adventures in a spinoff that was never picked up.

The London Clan also appears in the "Rock of Ages" arc of the comic, in which multiple groups try to steal a certain stone of mythical significance. It was a fun story.

Shere Khan would say this much about Syndrome. For all his egomaniacal tendencies, the man had an excellent eye for cooking staff. Even now his mind was drifting back to that extraordinary rare steak he'd eaten not too long ago, though the delightful red wine had complimented it rather well as well. Honestly he'd been tempted to pour some of the blood into his drink just before this meeting showed up at his door, but he supposed that was the universe showing its' displeasure for such culinary vulgarity.

Personally he was tempted to just drop this meeting entirely and return to his practically palacial suite, which Syndrome had given him to enjoy the day before the Grand Opening, but his guest had been hanging about for well over a minute and it wouldn't do to leave him completely ignored. "I'm sorry, could you please repeat that? The wind is blowing in my ears you see."

"LET ME DOOOWN!!!" The ram shrieked at the top of his lungs as he dangled over the edge of the balcony, hands latched onto the paw that that was holding him by the horn.

Khan just quirked an eyebrow and let his guest rethink he poor choice of words.

The would-be assailant blinks twice, then has the temerity to look sheepish. "C-Could you please bring me inside and then put me down?" He bleated weakly.

Well at least he was polite.

It was almost enough to make Khan smile, though such thinking was only reflected in the barest hint of a twitch in the corner of his lip. But such a slip didn't stop him from effortlessly hauling up the ovine back toward more solid footing, and only once they were on carpeted flooring was the unknown man dropped onto his backside like a particularly plush bag of flour. "Now then, I hope this means you'll talk about who sent you with...those."

At some unspoken signal the both of them looked towards the looming guards that were holding an airsoft gun that the ram had tried to bring in when he made his attempt to barge into the suite. Thankfully the guards had dealt with the ruffian before anything could happen, but now it was time to get to the bottom of the mystery.

Or he'd send this ram to the bottom of the hotel in a very direct fashion.

"It was B-B-Bellwether! She s-sent me!" He bleated, wool practically paling as Khan's claws flicked out.

That woman. Again.

Ever since he'd publicly offered sanctuary for the various carnivores of Zootopia, who were under no small amount of derision in the city, she'd taken to being a irreconcilable nuisance. First came the polite letters and concerns about spreading whatever malady had come over the local carnivores, which he outright ignored. This was followed by the still polite but now veiled threats, which more amused him then anything, then came the cancellation of all contracts he'd previously made with Zootopia City Hall. Annoying, but not overly unsightly. After that came the rumors of her putting pressure on businesses not to use his company's services, which had raised more then afew eyebrows. Only after Miss Gazelle recently agreed to take her shows and entourage to Cape Suzette did things finally quiet down, and he had hoped that would stymie this debacle until he returned from this trip.

It would appear he had taken this matter far too lightly.

Biting back a sigh, the billionaire shifts his steely gaze to his men, who straighten everso slightly at his attention. They really were earning their bonus this year. "Take this...gentleman and his bauble away. Find out everything." They didn't even wait for word of dismissal before the ram was dragged out of sight while he focused on his cell phone. Now he'd have to do some restructuring if he wanted to get his paws on Syndrome's 'floating vehicle' technology he'd managed to hear rumor about, which had been the entire point of his interest in this trip, which was suddenly compounded by some bizarre attempt on his person.

So much to do, so little time.

Oh well.

Such was the nature of business really. He supposed Mister Liquidator would get the chance to stretch his legs and make some minor havoc in Zootopia, and after he returned to Cape Suzette he would be more then happy to give Miss Bellwether his attention.

--------------

What can I say? My muse looked at the events floating around with all the big players on it and it wondered 'What's Shere Khan up to?' and then asked 'What's Bellwether doing?', so it decided to have some fun and just give him a nemesis of his own!

bleated, fur practically
Wool, not fur.
on businesses not to use his businesses
might want to replace "his businesses" with "his company's services".
stymie
year

Other than that, this is an excellent look at how Khan is likely operating. The cat is quite frankly as cool a customer as there comes.

Tweaked, and thank you for pointing out the little trips I made.

I always thought Khan would be one of the only people that didn't actually do away with the Hire for Hire crew when he inevitably 'won', though he'd already won since they were a speed bump at worst and more often his..heh...cat's paw then anything. If he didn't hire Cunningham to be a friendly face for his company, I'd be shocked.

Yeah. Some kind of "every failure a critical failure" rule sounds about right.

You don't want him in your city if you can avoid it.
Well, Doof himself would be mostly fine, as he's had to live with luck almost that bad his entire life.
Well, there is that connection through Gravity Falls... :p

Here are my attempts

The Doof-Green Inator: A ray gun that can shoot things to turn them to a shade of green that makes anyone who sees it feel a need to admit that Doofania's green is far superior and far more original than Drakktech's green

Mechanical Effect: Slightly boost public opinion

The Ants-in-your-Pants Inator: An inator that makes anyone who sees it instantly feel like they have ants in their pants. Unfortunately Doofenshmirtz broke it shortly after creating it by dropping it upon feeling an overwhelming crawling sensation in his pants.

Mechanical Effect: -10 to all of Doofenshmirtz's rolls personally involving him this turn due to him being distracted by the feeling of ants in his pants
I like this, but it should really be the squirrels-in-your-pants inator.

I mean, I'm pretty sure he didn't win in the 50's(also, I don't think Roger Rabbit took place in the 50's) and only recently won. I mean, if he did win all that way back, then Max wouldn't exist alongside other newer toons.
Max could have been born more recently after Goofy got out of Toontown. Judge Doom hasn't actually genocided all toons, even though he's clearly been at it long enough. He seems to be hoping to create enough popular support that others will do it for him, something that his limited territorial extent doesn't allow. That may be why he's so angry at us; by creating a separate haven for toons beyond his reach, we more or less permanently frustrate his ambitions.

It's one of those weird paradoxes I guess
Many of the plots are easy to update into historically recent times, though, so the paradox factor isn't that extreme. Judge Doom's victory being more recent would change some of the trappings of the victory, without changing the victory itself.

Didn't Mexico have speedy from Looney toons?
Arguably, but ultimately, he's just a single cartoon mouse.

Plotlines like Sylvester the Cat finally managing to catch and eat Tweety Bird aren't going to change the setting very much.

Hm. It's certainly plausible that Shere Khan is having the same problems with Bellwether's Zootopia that we are with Judge Doom's Los Angeles...

I'd argue that Roger Rabbit is pretty time locked though. It needs to happen during the time LA's Cable Cars were being phased out by the Highway in the late 40's for best effect. . .

Oh definitely, he was generally on friendly terms with the Higher for Hire crew overall. He was actually rather impressed with Kit's initiative and foresight in one of the later episodes. I don't think he'd have folded Higher for Hire into his company though for a number of reasons. First, it pays to have the appearance of competition. Second, Baloo is very much not an ideal fit for his company, but as an asset his value cannot be underestimated. Third, Baloo is one of the few pilots out there able to out-fly Karnage's entire crew, and the jackal himself in the bargain. Shere Khan would not let talent of that kind be wasted, especially as an ace against Karnage if the pirate goes rogue.

MiH said there were paradoxes that had a reasonable explanation as part of the story.
So what I can tell from this is that time is apparently very wonky. And all we can do is shrug our shoulders and move on with life.

Man, one thing I can't stop thinking about is, if Warner Bros cartoons are fair game, I wonder just how screwed Freakazoid is/was in this setting.

A Superhero whose power is to turn into a toon could NOT have gone over well with the anti-toon and anti-super factions.
