Well, the DC for Large Carnivores is 150 but i think we can do it, just probably not on the first try. Anyway, i'm all in for more dinosaurs, even if it is a bit risky.

Also, we should totally talk to Hego. His interactions with Mirage were some of my favorites.

Counterpoint, if we don't research large carnivores, we'll never be able to unleash a cyborg Tyrannosaurus with shoulder mounted death rays upon our enemies.
Nonono, to be clear, I'm saying Glomgold's the issue here. He's known for cutting costs/corners and cheaping out in the show - one of the newer episodes of Ducktales has him skimping on a ferris wheel and it falling apart + him eating a ton of safety violations for it (it was a ploy to blow up Scrooge McDuck that looked like a Ferris Whell), and there are references to past incidents where he did the same.

He's the type that would build a fence but not use any nuts on the bolts or something so that the moment it's put under any real stress it just falls apart.

I'm all for Large Carnivores cause I want to make a giant mecha/cyborg Tyrannosaurus - I'm just saying that having Glomgold be the one who builds the parks might/likely will result in trouble.

We will likely be assigning Jumba to take that action. Ignoring any possible benefits from the Council he will be rolling: 38+38+30+5=111. We would pass on a 39, and bare fail on a 29. Those numbers are without XP modifying the roll.

We can do it fairly easily.

The Quest uses the old Glomgold rather than the whiny manchild Ducktales 2017 Glomgold. In any case, we'll be on the project so unless it critfails or something we'll be fine.

Reach an Agreement with ENCOM Diplomacy option unlocked!

Glomgold has proposed a collaboration! When both Large Carnivore and Large Herbivore Exhibits are completed, Glomgold will offer a collaboration option to expand Dinosaur Parks to the international stage. Officially, this is a casual offer, but this is nonetheless a rare opportunity. Ignoring Glomgold for too long will result in his offer being retracted.

Hego…

There is a four hour moratorium on voting.

...You mean to tell me that we HAVEN´T gone (inter-)national with "Doofrassic Park" already? A gross oversight and something we definitely should rectify. Sure, *Glomgold* as a "partner in crime" regarding that is a bit sucky on account of his amorality and greed, but it´s better than nothing. So yeah, we might wanna at least *Try* to make the two Exhibit options work despite their nasty DCs - luckily, we just unlocked the Council, which should help us there *somehow*

Yeah, it´d be wise of us to formally "bury the hatchet" with ENCOM for the moment at least, because we have landed on the backfoot with DoofOS and DaedalOS doesn´t have the pull to compete with them in any meaningful capacity. On top of that, stuff like Glomgolds offer and other similar time-sensitive actions leave us with little space to indulge that *Relatively* secondary rivarly. If Doof gets ornery about us calling off the "feud", Mirage could simply sell it to him with the old adage of "good things come to those that wait for the right opportunity" - should be easy enough to swallow for someone who waited *Decades* to act on some of his petty grievances, I say.

As for Hego, no real opinion yet.

Speaking personally, after the last time Alan reacted to being put on an action he didn't like, maybe we should talk to him about ENCOM before we go further with the action or something. At the very least IC he could give insight on it since he used to work there.

Maybe this will finally get him to actually say something about this.

We should definitely check on Hego. Evelyn's almost definitely sponsoring him for the same reasons she sponsored Elastigirl in canon, and that's a scheme we're going to want to foil.

I mean, on the one hand, I can definitely see Glomgold being the type to cut corners like that. On the other hand, he's also the guy who just built a giant prison because he really doesn't like dangerous monsters rampaging around, so if there's one area I can see him not cutting costs in, it's security.

...Maybe we should be considering the possible consequences of him having cut corners when he was building Impel Duck, just in case.

Is it wrong thst I want to keep going all in on dinosaurs until it goes catastrophically wrong? (Hopefully somewhere it doesnt effect us as much). But like there's a dinosaur outbreak in Australia then all of a sudden the outback is just crawling in dinosaurs.

You're thinking like a Mad Scientist.

That's a great thing for this quest, but we have to phrase it right.

"Restore the natural order!" works as a philosophy here, I guess.

[X] Better not to reopen that book.

Alternatively, we can gamble for something better.

This quest is going to throw things at Mirage she will not be comfortable with. I want to wait till her adrenaline is pumping before any big reveals so she can push off opening her can of worms till after the mess is over.

Why not?

We struck a balance between Turing-completeness and adaptability
As someone with a comp sci background, this hurt a little. Every computer everywhere is Turing complete, at least as long as you relax the infinite memory requirement. Probably looking for something related to the Turing test.

But I'm just nitpicking, and someone else may have pointed this out already.
