I am really curious as to whether Evelyn's hatred of supers is curable. Its objective fact that the world has gotten a lot worst since the SRA was established, so it might be possible to make her realize at very least that heroes can serve a purpose in this world. In the Incredibles movies the supervillains drastically reduced presence as well after superheroing was outlawed, but in Gridlocked villains are all over the place making life worse for people

Edit: Thinking on it, as a king Evelyn would be uniquely positioned to see that. Her motivations in the movie were to get rid of heroes because they make people rely on them rather than grow as person, but in her position she would be constantly confronted with the fact that that is not true.

Goofy has established relations with Olympia! They are amenable to cooperation, and may be reaching out with their own offer in the near future!

Olympia hopes to help ensure the SRA is repealed!

Agent Russ has discovered Sinatron, working for Olympia, plans to pay a number of crime bosses to stage fake crimes as part of a larger plot!

Thanks to Russ' attention and a lucky break in the usually messy FBI, a number of the country's nascent crime bosses have been discovered and arrested! The government's opinion of you has slightly improved!

Agent Russ seemed very effective at using the Yang talisman. Some things may have been set into motion.

Expanded rival reports for Olympia region unlocked!

Hmmm, so Olympia wants to double down on their opposition to the SRA and are strongly considering coming to our door about collaborating on it.

At the same time, Sinatron - either on his own or with the blessing of at least part of the Deavour siblings - has brought together some of the areas heaviest hitters like Bulba and Klordane (as well as Fat Cat, but most don´t know that most likely - funfact, in German Fat Cat is called "Al Katzone", which translates to *Al Cattone* and makes three Expies of that particular mobster) and got them on board to engineer some heroics Olympias anti-SRA rhetoric can ride upon.

Luckily, the FBI decided to be competent for a change and barged in, bagged some of the lesser crime bosses in the process (although the aforementioned heavy hitters are probably still on the run)

Thanks to Russ apparently tipping them off, Uncle Sam now likes us slightly more, which is good - although the bit about "things being set in motion" does concern me.

All in all a very informative outcome for us...now we just need to decide how exactly to respond to Olympias impending offer about collabing against the SRA.

Not...quite? Gang leaders aren't whole gangs, so presumably someone could step up from within or take over from outside, and those gangs aren't all that impressive.
However, everyone there knows that someone must have called the FBI on them, and most likely suspects someone in the meeting leaked it, deliberately or otherwise, because they aren't going to expect magical invisible spies.

So I really don't think the deal will be going through, at least until people are convinced they figured out who talked and fixed the problem. And that'll take a while, as everyone will be correctly convinced that they aren't the leak and point fingers at the others.

I'm not sure how this could possibly work but is russ somehow Rileys dad from inside out?

Both are middle aged men with brown hair and mustaches and in the movie Mr. Anderson has military themed emotions.

What would be a villain victory in inside out? Riley not fixing her emotions and running away from home?

Again, I don't think this is a thing. Too much seems different about the two of them. But there are a few similarities such as the mustaches and military themed emotions that seem interesting.

I'll argue that they can assume that Sinatron isn't the leaker.

It'll take some doing, but I can see Sinatron working with each gangster individually.

this is a heck of a sentence to read after a turn like the one we're currently having, I tell you what
Indeed. And speaking of Las Vegas being a place that quite possibly deserves to burn to the ground:
The three grand he had inexplicably won at the airport slot machines helped a bit too.
The current probability anomaly may stand a fair shot at burning it down. If too many people start winning, and improbability causes their wins to be much bigger than they usually would be, this may be a very bad two months to be Las Vegas.

The city probably won't be destroyed but I wouldn't be surprised if an otherwise invulnerable casino or two went broke.

Any one remember the warning about the Dream Queen? I do. This might have painted a target on Russ' back. We need to take steps to counter the failure of the retreat and get the loyalty higher.

Thats a good point. We are viewing this probability stuff from the perspective of large powers making a few decisions, but this machine would literally rewrite the lives of literally every single person on the planet

Yeah, but at this point we aren't exactly swimming in options.

Doing diplo to open channels with the US government may do the trick. Or not. Hard to say.

The critfail with the retreat has really screwed us over regarding the loyalty of Russ.

I'm not sure why your worried about russ's loyalty, at most its -10 to his rolls, his loyalty prior to the fail was 45 so it should not be a huge hit.

i don't think so, only becouse Sinatron and all the bigshots still got away scot free and are likely to take the deal

However, everyone there knows that someone ratted them out, and most likely believes it to be from the inside. Sinatron could have used it to take the crime bosses out, Bulba can run operations out of a jail cell just fine, Yama isn't even there, Payne happened to just burst right through the men like they were ignoring him, and the lesser crime bosses could have been looking to take their bigger foes out and get off with a light sentence. The alliance, which just started, already has a massive crack running through it.

"I was told to say, *ahem*, 'Sooner or later, the Dream Queen will come for one of your allies because of the greatest secret he ever kept. You will need to have learned the rest of them before then, or you will lose him forever.'"

From the Willie E. Peyote interlude.

The chief suspects are Goofy and Russ, both of whom have unrevealed secrets according to their statblocks. And Russ is the leading suspect, given his familiarity with the paranormal. It has been theorized that moving Russ over the loyalty 50 threshold may have lead to some of his remaining secrets being revealed.

Something I would like to see is the King of Lars having to deal with the fact he sent the company to Drusselstein and most of them know it was him.

Actually, doofenshmirtz might be able to leverage the company retreat being sent to his home nation as a way to improve loyalty in the long run. If a few days in drusselstein is enough to drop their loyalty ten points, the more sympathetic employees would likely be horrified at the stuff doofenshmirtz had to deal with growing up. It already happened with monogram, if Russ has a tragic backstory this could be a leaping off point if we use this correctly.

You know there is something we could do in regards to Shego and our backstories, Shego is actually fully credentialed in Child Development, and would be able to understand just how heavily Doof has been affected by his childhood.
