Brockton's Celestial Forge (Worm/Jumpchain)

I get why some people would be annoyed by the word count thing but I enjoy it, lots of details and he always says what he wants to get threw in the story.
My point of view: No matter how long is the story/chapter, so long as it doesn't feels too long (yes, I know, too many long) it's all good. That isn't about amount of words.
In some stories 3k words chapter may feel overinflated because of author's style.

I'm trying to read this quest fic that cross DnD x ASOIAF(basically the game of thrones books) and it over 4 mill, and it's a extremely good quest to read.
o_O :o Wow. 4 million words is something indeed.
Link?

Again, that's clearly not conventional speed; consider how many components would otherwise be destroyed by the process of physically accelerating to such speeds, or harmed by impacts against each other while being fastened together at such a rate.

It's a speedforce-style "it just works" Breaker effect. Sonic booms aren't going to be a problem, and the perks won't extend their jump-fiat effects to other kinds of fast movement unless they say otherwise.
That sounds like he's not trying hard enough, I could see it working if he incorporated moving into the build itself. How about collecting energy from moving his legs to charge whatever he's building or to charge the portable tools he's using.

The talk on Strong Spark had me looking at the other 600 perks, any ideas on what he'd lose if he rolled the Truth? Pretty much every part of his body is almost instantly replaceable, Truth can't exactly teach him a lesson if he takes his mind, Truth wouldnt take someone uninvolved so Garment/Aisha/Als are safe and I don't think Truth can trump fiat backing, not permanently.

The Truth perk counts as Post-Jump Truth, meaning whatever would have been taken would have been restored. So all that would happen is when Joe rolls it, he'll have a very uncomfortable conversation with...well, Truth.

Oh cool, then I'm hoping for Truth next.

Well he will probably get grabbed by black tentacle hands and be dragged to see Truth. As for what happens then it would be different depending on when he rolls it. Afterwords he would know how to go back there easily with the knowledge gained by using up call beads. Or other resources that aren't native to FMAB but can be used to substitute for the cost of souls or his body. That is if he wanted to go back.

Though it would be funny if someone asked him what opened and he said "I have seen the Truth".

Also it would be interesting to see how the shards would interpret the tentacle hands.

That is unlikely, as it would require him to have 600cp and roll a 800cp perk, then on the next roll get Truth.

Once all 100cp perks are finish (the non repeatable ones) then lord said he would increase the cp per charge to 200 instead of 100, so the chances are higher then. As he could have 500cp, then get a charge roll a 100cp perk or a 800cp perk, then in the next roll where has 800cp or 900cp he rolls Truth.

Oh that's much better than I thought. By the way is there a doc list of all the perks available to Joe? I had that Lots cut some out.

Has anyone been watching Invincible adapted by Amazon? Anyone wanna discuss what it would be like if Joe was suddenly inserted after his copies forge him into a super demi-god?

Joe and anything except human relationships for as long as he can manage to avoid them
Heh. Joe/Aisha.... ten years later, when he can't come up with any more excuses. ("You're thirteen! Just no!" "Okay, you said no when I was thirteen, but I'm eighteen now, I'm legal!" "Still too young!" "I'm twenty-three now. Say yes or I'll find a fratboy.")

Btw, any guesses what could force Joe to use Human Transmutation in FMA jump? He already can heal pretty much anything, outside of death.

Maybe if he encounters some of Bonesaw's "creations"? Might help with some of the Case 52s he's going to be faced with soon as well, though that is as much a shard problem as a biological one..
Sorry if that wasn't clear enough, I asked about the jump itself. After all, all of his perks are result of the jumps he made, he just doesn't remember those jumps.

About Bonesaw's victims... Don't think that would be necessary. Nanites, most likely, will be enough in most cases. And for those, who can't be fixed with nanites, I doubt Transmutation will help either.

I always imagined that it was Jozef's passenger who was the jumper, and that he was sharing his powers and experiences with Jozef as his participation in his Worm jump.

I mean... Are there any human transmutations that run afoul of Truth besides bringing someone back from the dead?

Edit: I'm just gonna assume it'll be like when Mustang used Human Transmutation.
