Land ownership is inevitably going to happen sooner or later, but there is a solution, and this thread is not one to bat an eye for painful social reform.

The problem is that we have to wait until the modern era to implement it.

Well, we could develop advanced economics, but the issue is of plausibility, and we could develop the wrong one, like marxism instead of georgism.

It is a waste of time since the issue will keep on popping up until a admin hero does it for us. You can kill the entire set of Patricians (lose some of our values) and the next set will want it as well. Even the preists want it if it involved temples as well. In universe the action has widespread support. We will lose some of our values over this hence why AN called it a social break rather than just a civil war.
 
I wish we could have spawned an Administrative genius, Then we could DL to our heart's content with bad shit minimized.
Yeah, kinda sad that we don't have one. We do have an Excellent Admin and Diplo, some specialized admin and diplo, and then two Genius martials and a hero culture to top it off. That's a lot of hero. Here's hoping they can make it work.

We spent 4 Wealth on diplomacy, 6 Wealth and 2 Econ and 4 Tech on Cement, and 15 of Culture and Mysticism each GA Purchases. The Library should also add 3 Culture and 3 Mysticism to that. Finally, we Farmed, gaining 21 Econ and spending 9 Tech.

All in all, the total should be:
+19E, -19EE
-10W
-18C
-18(+6)M
-11(+4)T

Combining that with our current stats gives
36E, 6EE,
12W,
9C,
5(+6)M, and
22(+4)T

Then, 9 Econ should overflow into Wealth, refunding 5 EE.
27E, 11EE,
21W,
9C,
5(+6)M, and
22(+4)T


Since apparently our Econ max went up (?), that is where we should be. You seem to have gotten different numbers.

Hah, in retrospect, repeated Hunt Troublemakers is sorely needed, because we probably gonna be disturbing land and will need to watch like hawks it is not abused. Well, let's hope secondary and intrigue mission would be enough.

though I supported Individual land ownership anyways, I even support *gasp* hereditary land ownership, but I also support strong oversight when it comes to much of it. (this is my game ideology :p )

@Academia Nut judging by the changes to econ and martial cap, the patricians new power is adding their permanent power to econ cap, and half that value to martial cap, but you didn't actually add that to the faction status (either on civ sheet or in update)

Also, again, what caused the random progress gains we had?

Also, i'm going to sleep, but just gonna recopy the errors for action list from last time, sincei think at least one still applies:

-Cent tolerance should be 12, i think? (again, its 2:40 in the morning right now...)
-Support artisans got double the wealth bonus for secondary, but only regular for main. Is that intended?
-Now that we've built them and know it, saltern should probably list the immediate wealth gain (+1 for lv 1/normal, +3 for lv 2/expansion)
-Is it intended that redshore can build lv 3 baths before building lv 3 aqueduct?
-Gov palace listing is still completely out of date, missing both all the changes from the annexes and any info on the level 2 versions
-Civ sheet should include the "bonus" policies we have (the Law bonus that you said is still a General Infrastructure policy, and the innovation one from the Artisan Games bonus
-Wealth maintenance should be -11, not -12 (innovation policy is -1 now, not -2). Likewise, tech per turn should have another -1 for the innovation policy
-wealth per turn income has the wrong total within the spoiler
-Since our policy counts are now on the front page, you may want to remove the counts from the action list versions, since those are probably annoying to keep updated
-You forgot to add the [Priests] tag to expand forests

Except if we get rid of the trait, then we can start surpressing instead of dealing with civil war. This is not the time to give in to their threats

@Susano I have to go. So I leave my vote with you and hope you can convince people. I only ask for Warships and the Dam projects, but those are secondary to not Distribute Land
