So we're hurting on econ and wealth, with econ staying mostly even so long as we take an econ expansion and refugees (which means -0.5 stability instead), and wealth draining 0-2 per turn net...Which is why i'm voting for a relatively light palace load, with the intention to do more later, once we have some fires put out. I'd prefer sacred forest, since its got good connectivity without needing 2 mains and 8 econ for an aqueduct like redshore, but i'd be fine with either. (though i suppose to be sure...
@Academia Nut how many turns do our advisors think we'd have from this turn before it would be a significant problem not to have an aqueduct in redshore if we put the palace in there?) We're doing fine on mysticism and pretty good on art, so i dont think its actually important to get the second library for the (probable) refund for the census. So instead, just the required shrine, then library and storehouse for administration. Keeps the total action cost to 7-9, or 5-7 from this point, which is doable in 3 turns even if we run low on wealth like we're likely to.
