My opinion is that this works best as a 1-2 day plan (especially given brevity-XP concerns), but I'll be willing to extend the timeline and incorporate any research tasks if people really want this. We probably also want some backup scene in there if the team instantly nixes the idea; suggestions welcome.

Even under highly simplistic models of Hidan's capabilities, he can find us across hundreds of miles. Realistically, he can "refuel" his "budgets", using sacrifices or something. If so, and he's focused on us, finding us is just a matter of time.
But: only if Jashin is guiding him. Kei confirmed that in Bakuchioka, a probability-manipulating entity skewed luck in Hazou's favour. The outcome of Hazou's fight with Daizen likewise seems unnatural.
Whether this was Jashin or, per Kamehameha, a different entity, doesn't matter. There's a probability-manipulating entity willing to counteract Hidan's probability-manipulation for us.
You suggest communing with it, and negotiating keeping Akatsuki away, in exchange for a favour. It seems the entity's somewhat aligned with Hazou's values. There must be places where its values are orthogonal to ours (just weird, not monstrous), creating space for mutually-beneficial trades.
This isan insane idea. Kei and Kagome are the sanity-checkers: we only proceed if they agree it's safe enough.
Hazou already has some experience managing Out-contamination, and his mental fortitude is off-the-charts.
Kei hinted she knows of methods to "interface with inimical entities" in relative safely.
Kagome has built an entire paradigm around managing the attention from Out.
Currently, this seems like the only way to prevent Hidan inevitably finding us, especially if we return to civilization.
Conduct the ritual, if approved.
Draw on how you set up the seance. Do it while having a DoB consequence; have Jashin's symbol nearby.
Employ whatever other optimizations Kei, Snowflake, and Kagome can suggest.
Prioritize mental safety. Moderate-damage risk is probably unpreventable, but don't proceed if expecting severe damage.
Ensure there's some way for the entity to communicate what it wants using probability-manipulation. A spirit board; an ink bottle standing precariously near a blank parchment; dice being rolled; a document with keywords on it.
Prepare to interpret cryptic signs and metaphorical visions.
Opening offers:
Washerman: Maximizing the flow of souls between Paths if Uplift succeeds. (Say, by popularizing dying-based recreational cross-Path travel, once other Paths are under human control.)
Unkind One: Locking-in a constantly changing world. (Say, by setting up a sociopolitical system that constantly oscillates between different, but equally utopian, states.)
HAZOU: Hey so I'm thinking of giving a dead drop to Oro so he can protect Leaf with these runes. Not exactly what Naruto asked me to do - oh by the way this whole thing was his idea the whole time, so factor that in while you're sanity checking-
And then Kei and Kagome race to see who can blow up Hazou faster

Even with excellent rune defenses/weapons, Naruto's plan collapses into "WWV, Leaf vs AMITY".
Even if we can fight the whole world for months, it leaves us in a terrible spot.
Please evaluate this plan:
Invent Rift-Movers and a Superheater rune(reverse Superchiller with limited duration).
Use the Superheater under the rift site, then swoop in and steal the rift scar from the ruins.
This will hopefully be mistaken as a Sealing Failure from Sasori, or enemy action from the mysterious group that destroyed Isan.
It'll be trivial to verify that Naruto/Tsunade were in Leaf at the time, helping exonerate Leaf.
We hide from civilization, open the rift, and explore the Pure Lands at our leisure without also being besieged by the entire continent.
We can give Oro a way to send us a single-bit message of "Leaf's about to fight Akatsuki, get over here." via Kumokogo, so that if Naruto pulls the trigger before we do, we can still help Leaf.
Ororchimaru is pretty solitary and... difficult to interrogate.
We can research rift-movers and continue fortifications/Essie-killers in parallel.

As your training advisor: this would be an especially good time to challenge your leadership skills
You may be able to do this with the Pangolins
Is there anything we can do to help you in this matter?
Uplift
We need to move camp to somewhere less deadly soonish.
Anyone have suggestions?
Southern Isles?
backwater of Water?
What's the practicality of capturing a pirate ship as a mobile base?
Lets us research while moving, and carry defeated pirates as chakra sources
Something like this should only take 2 days and should get the job done. 3 day total plan time. Still works on ELF Explosives, which we really need before we leave again.
I will likely vote against this... it doesnt account for THing 40, or the purchase of Minatosealing (which will likely then be raised to the 20s or 30s).

The Washerman bid seems mistargeted: The Washerman likes reincarnating souls, and having people walk through a portal probably doesn't count.
The Unkind One opening bid seems like a crazy amount of effort and huge constraint on our future choices, and also like something Hazou will have difficulty following through on his precommitment for (and thus worthless)
If we had more compelling/realistic bids, I'd like to vote for this plan, but I don't think it's there yet.
May I request that you prep on the list of rift-maker runes? a short update seems like a good time for it.
At 47, we have AB 6. Do you think the marginal bonus of two levels in Taijutsu on top of that is more urgent than the rest of the plan?
(I don't actually know if it is, because I don't understand the rules in enough depth to be making build judgements, I just want to be sure I understand your position here correctly.)
It looks like we'll have 975 XP banked from 8 sets of TH notes from Orochimaru. Does that sound right? Are there any more sets of notes to account for here? I'll edit in spending that XP.

We don't actually have the rules for MS yet and we'll almost certainly want to revise this when we do yeah. I'm mostly making this list for my own enjoyment / to have things to look forward to, I'm not like, putting this forward as a definite plan. And it feels a bit silly to me to plan for MS when we don't, in fact, currently know how much it will cost or how worthwhile it will be. But I suppose I'll make a note of it.
Yeah, it's easy to get then in terms of pyramid and we want to level it to 50 eventually. There's basically no reason not to except that we're impatient for the next thing on the list, which is MS. And I'd rather have the 100 XP of combat stats.

As long as MS don't take 300 chakra to shape and 50 more to infuse we're totally fine doing them now. Even if they did just take 50 chakra to infuse we'd be fine. It's the absurd shaping costs that make things so hard for us.
(Also by this point Akatsuki should be dead, and we should be back in Leaf)
