I'm not going to weigh in on the logic of either side's arguments, but I will ask that everyone read over what they write and really consider if the words they used are polite and won't be inflammatory intentionally or not. You cant account for people's tolerances perfectly but at least try to say your piece without saying things that can be easily construed as overly dismissive of the other side of the argument, thank you.

The real question now is how was the armor made? Did the ancestors find some pure adamant or did they make it themself (probably the latter but you never know) and if so why isn't it more well known.
Maybe the production process is extremely slow or the method was only recently discovered or maybe we just didn't have access to the right circles
I'm not even considering the possibility of it being purposedly hidden completely as it would make no sense especially for Dawi that are far more comunnally minded than elves or humans

Can we at least Order something though?

Obsidian, Cockatrice's Eye, Giant Spider's Venom, Oathgold.

People want to use these things, but ordering Nothing means we can't do any of it.

Even when we finish Rune Metal research, we're going to need Obsidian to use make the Master Rune.

I almost don't care which is picked, but when we have projects in mind and ordering costs us nothing, not doing so just wastes turns of time.

I know it won't win but I have to vote for Griffons. I just want to say I understand, the awesomeness of Grimnir is great and for some it overshadows even the griffon... but I must stick besides my catbirds.
