Leaving the safety of her hidden commune, a Ralts narrowly avoids capture on Hoenn Route 102. Finding a discarded pokeball, she ventures into the human world only to discover that her home is in danger from Humanity's rapid expansion. Charlie wasn't what he himself would call happy, but he had a stable job, so he wouldn't complain. And honestly, ten-hour days weren't all that bad. What else would he spend his time on, otherwise? So he was fully expecting to continue his career, in one form or another, until retirement.
Then he died. In his own home, in his own bed.
Only afterwards, now with far more arms and a strange relationship with gravity, did he start panicking.

Ravenwood is my personal setting, a pet project of 16 years, and this is the first story I've properly written for it. I have run D&D games in it, made a Jump for JumpChain with it, and have a small community on my Discord for it. It is also a spiritual successor to my Miasma storyline, taking much of the original character and porting it over to my personal setting.

So this is my first story really. it's just an idea. A reincarnation of a person from Earth with middling knowledge of 40k (just like me) and who has their soul fused with that of a Kryptonian was reincarnated in 40k. What lead to this? An idle thought, which went something along the lines of "What happens if you taken an eldritch parasite that eats energy, stick it into a dark setting that has infinite energy, and then sprinkle some Human mentality on top?".
