This series continues to delight and intrigue me. I don't think it quite pushes start trek tech to it's maximum potential but it gets closer than any other stories I've read.
To be honest, this story was kind of meandering. There were a few important plot points (the Dominion peaceful AI rebellion, for example) but they felt like they were in the background of a far less interesting story.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought that. Really, it feels like most of Hiver's stories have been that way lately. Not a lot of plot happening, just random meandering Slice-of-Life that goes nowhere and has no effect on the setting. It's kinda dull, really.
