huh, wonder if we could use Araby magic carpets to fly/turn a dynamo inside a motorcycle for infinite 'fuel'?

What happens is we either quickly discover the Law of Aethericthermodynamics, Weird Shit Happens...or both.

Very Likely Both. And Weird Shit having a good chance of being being "Do Not Pass Go, Do Not Collect $200, Go immediately to being declared Black Magister and hunted down for such."

Nah, far more likely is either we discover you can't fly a magic carpet in circles without a rider which makes the whole idea impractical or we break a very expensive magic carpet for no useful result

The ideas of having Halflings on a ogre may have some merits but only on mounted ogres the otherwise is not really stable.

So we get a halfling right? Give him a crossbow or something. Then we put him in a backpack carried around by a human. Then the human gets carried around by the ogre.

Then we get the giant.
Pesudo 40k titan When?
Possible if Elf/ Wizard can emulate a Rogue Idol using Runed Dawi Fortification blocks.
And then we fill it with guns and cannons.

The enemy won't have anything that can really beat that outside chaos giants.... And even then, they still don't armor them.
Mobile artillery/gunnery emplacements are just going to be broken in this setting.
Walking castles with guns.

Actually the chaos dwarfs have those kolossus pseudo-Titan things Gotrek and Felix had to deal with that one time.

That was in Grudgebearer, which Gotrek and Felix did not appear in.

Yeah your right, my bad. Still Point stands that the thing exists so yeah there is at least one Titan equivalent in fantasy.

Is the ogre ogor supposed to look anorexic?

It's specifically stated that these guys are supposed to be second generation city Ogors not maw tribe Ogors. Now second-generation city ogors are known for their remarkable ability to keep their stomachs under control for hours at a time – but nevertheless make for unpredictable steeds. How would you like a tiny boss who clambers up your shoulders just to bark orders down at you? Longer-lasting Warhulk pairings like this guy tend to rely on a bond beyond that of rank and command, such as a life debt or a lost bet. So I guess the combination of stronger will power and a possible life debt makes them less prone to gorging themselves and makes them both more stable as mounts and skinnier than the average Ogor.

Not economically feasible, even werven hide would be expensive as hell. Maybe a coating into treaded rinoxer wool. Or deppending of what we are using for gas we forgo blimp part and go full finally fantasy with a helicopter airship.

Giants can run a massive gamut in height since they can grow pretty much forever. The Chaos Dwarfs definitely heavily armored up their giants in KU, and there are different variants. Including forced mutation and sorcerous welding with daemon-engines. The CD also have access to K'Daai varieties and, yes, potentially the Kollossus amongst their other daemon-engines.

Aside from that, I've already shown halflings on top of/on the back of ogres before. I believe it may have been more innocent, in the form of a sales team, IIRC.

More merc ideas.

The Moon Howlers [Race: Hobgoblin] [Origin: The Eastern Steppe] [Description: Arriving through the High Pass after having been exiled from the Hobgoblin Khanate for some offence or another, these hobgoblins swiftly decided it was smarter to sell their services as mercenaries rather than fight Praag's garrison. Riding wolves faster than any horse of the Empire, armored with helmets and simple lamellar and armed with spears and the double curved bows of the Hobgoblin Khanates] [Numbers: 209 Hobgoblin Wolf Riders, 1 Wolf Rider Boss Brodai]

The Alshuealat [Race: Human] [Origin: Araby] [Description: A small but fearsome company from Araby armed with naphtha bombs whose liquid flames seep through even the smallest of gaps in armor. For any who survive their fiery onslaught these men possess passing skill with their kilij but a wise commander would not mistake them for melee troops] [Numbers: 99 Naffatun, 1 company commander Riyad "The Arsonist" Siddiqi.]

The Reikwald Gang [Race: Human] [Origin: Reikland] [Description: Widely suspected to be composed of former outlaws, these men are armed with a motley assortment of weapons and are armored in padded jacks and skull caps at most. They are rather sneaky and have quite a bit of skill at ambushes however.] [Numbers: 99 Sellswords, 1 company commander "Big Johann"]

Trust of Trustworthy Trappers [Race: Human] [Origin: Hochland] [Description: These men are widely considered to be former poachers who have taken up a more honest living (though their detractors claim that old habits are hard to get rid of.) Quiet and stealthy, those assailed by these men often have trouble finding out which direction the arrow fire is coming from.] [79 Huntsmen, 1 company commander "Trusty Theobald."]

They're greenskins, they come up with the same names for each other and groups all the time. Tribes fully wiped out have a strong chance of spontaneously reforming because a breakaway group of orcs decide that 'Bad Axes' is a cool name, uncaring or unknowing that there was another previous group. Same for the Blue Faces, etc.

No worries on Moon Howlers, Moon-Howlers, or Moon Howlerz, etc.
