I'm not going to weigh in on the logic of either side's arguments, but I will ask that everyone read over what they write and really consider if the words they used are polite and won't be inflammatory intentionally or not. You cant account for people's tolerances perfectly but at least try to say your piece without saying things that can be easily construed as overly dismissive of the other side of the argument, thank you.

Ok, not to include a library (which we have confirmed that won´t contain Runes, only support research materials) in a learning institution seems like a blasphemy to me

Maybe, still need to see what the defence vote is like. And there's likely going to be lots of different ideas thrown around for the capstone, even just last night I noted down 11 or so that I'm going to post when the time comes, if it's a write-in thing.
 
As a member of team gronti it's probably better not to use it as the capstone project unless it gets an extra bonus simply because we could make that whenever while the capstone is a one time only offer. I'd like to do some sort of areawide rune buff via MAmplification or deep magic depending on what's available.

Since it's the capstone for a location it'd probably "leash" any Gronti to it as well, if not by the nature of the runework then as a choice by Snorri.
@soulcake With all the new "you know of it but don't know it" runes from the submissions, with a lot of them not attributed to any runesmiths we know, how exactly are we going to go about obtaining some of them? Mostly asking because my rune of scourging submission falls under that and it's one of the ideas I have for the capstone defence (if it is indeed write-in allowed).

When you aren't turning ignorant fools into slightly less ignorant fools, the forges you use to do so lie cold and empty. It feels like a waste to have such a well-made forge simply sitting there, never mind the cost of the coal to get it started up again! You abhor such efficiency! Let them be used if an enterprising smith has the tools and material available so that they aren't left to waste.

Though It may not be five, it may be six plans or more, but likely less than that tbh. I'd be more focused on the disparity of votes and find a natural cut-off point.
A natural cut-off point doesn't seem to be a ten-point lead, to be frank. A natural cut-off seems to be like cutting any plan that doesn't have at least 50% of the leading plan's votes or something along those lines.

Probably ya but it wouldn't be fair to change it under the feet of the sixty people who have voted for it considering we have no way of contacting them. And no that is not an invitation to start @ them or doing anything else.

My problem with Bird isn't the library, it's the fact that it's trying to get a bit of everything which I don't like for the narrative perception of Snorri looking like he's centralising everything. I dislike Business, Forge and to a lesser extent Procurement if you're adding those on top of the three "scholarly" options.

Actually, since the vote tally left 8 votes at the bottom of the tally for some reason, the leading plan has a 20 point lead over the runner up.
