I'm not going to weigh in on the logic of either side's arguments, but I will ask that everyone read over what they write and really consider if the words they used are polite and won't be inflammatory intentionally or not. You cant account for people's tolerances perfectly but at least try to say your piece without saying things that can be easily construed as overly dismissive of the other side of the argument, thank you.

This reminds me of George Foreman naming all his sons George Foreman (Jr, III, IV, and son on).

Is there anything stopping Dolgi from doing the same? E.g. Dolgi Dolgisson II, III and so on et infinity?

Can Snorri spend an AP next turn lobbying for the passing of a pre-emptive law against this?

Specifically, the Elves and Dwarfs both mark The Year of the Pillars (1 AP) as the start of recorded history when the polar gates collapsed and the Old Ones vanished. The event made Valaya build KaK as the capital. Human years mark Sigmar forming the Empire as 1 Imperial Calendar, and this took place in 4493 AP, so to translate the Dwarf and Elf calendars to human substract 4493.
