on the social side, we do seem to have a tendency to waffle or talk in circles a bit, but thats just because we r anxious to get it right i think, and also the nature of the quest format.
 
So, how are we feeling about votes? I see a good amount of tentative votes, but very few finalized ones for now - do we need more time?

Bingo. For the same reason, Sabrina decided not to raise Iowa - while yes, it's an example of the Constellation bringing most of its full force to bear (before it was formed, even!), it didn't seem to fit the spirit of the question asked.

Bingo. For the same reason, Sabrina decided not to raise Iowa - while yes, it's an example of the Constellation bringing most of its full force to bear (before it was formed, even!), it didn't seem to fit the spirit of the question asked.

I mean, I didn't wanna say nothin', but yeah, kinda figured that was the case when I first saw it.

I think I'd also be correct in assuming that mentioning that we brought down said raider group wouldn't dismiss Tomoshichi's concerns?

Put another way: neither incident were really examples of the Constellation keeping the peace, which is pretty much what was being asked. They could have been brought up as examples of what Sabrina was willing to do and able to accomplish, but it didn't fit the discussion at the moment, and then the topic more or less moved on from there. Maybe the conversation might circle back, and if relevant, Sabrina'll bring it up, or maybe someone else will.

Honestly, it's not a big deal. I just wanted to clarify is all! :p

Agree with Mura, no way in hell, this is not an option.

If we hand out Clear Seeds in Tokyo, we maintain balance by giving them to everyone, or we give them to no one. Giving Chiyoda one would be a massive ask even if we trusted them, and to be frank, we do not and should not trust them right now.

I think we could replace that suggestion with Architect's little add-on, perhaps if you wanted to weight it slightly, we could offer to have the building we claim be in Chiyoda's territory but even that would be messy, and I'd rather it go on some territorial border so that no group can easily deny too many others from access.
