This vote was to make Anti-Magic Manacles with Kirika's help, as in
make them, then have Kirika enchant them. We already knew O&K don't have manacles, I think, if we needed to actually know.
Maybe I should've been more clear with the phrasing, but I figured we'd be re-shaping some metals into manacles (meguca tier, like we made for Anri) , and it'd be kind of silly to have Brina somehow forget she can do this with Grief Control and walk away with chains instead of something more useful we could have made.
Unless we could reshape the chains without losing the enchantment... Could we have a slight retcon to brush that away and just have made the manacles the past update, rather than have to come back to this later?
