Normally I'd be neutral to sightly agianst include them (they are close, just not as close as Mami, Homura and Sayaka) so I'd just inform K&K* but it's a forced downtime moment waiting while Kirika makes the enchantment, Sabrina needs to vent and she's comfortable with them.

Maybe protection via antimagic should be a project for all of the team. One meguca at a time, though.

Wow, hold it there. Do you think Kirika will take Sabrina and Mami being the cuter couple around lying down?

We could start a cute couple off of epic proportions here if we're not careful.

And Homu and Sayaka will just sit there in the middle, uncomfortable but unable to stop looking back and forth between Mami&Sabrina and O&K like it was fascinatingly weird tennis match.

I wonder who between Homu and Sayaka would bolt first? :thonk:

Considering we had time to have lunch and go to the airport and to the hotel... I'd guess the sparring might have ended, and the totally-not-a-date-hanging out would've been underway, under Yuma's watchful eye.

Homura watched the cuddling couple, frozen in the grey hues of timestop.

She quickly assessed the situation:

She could've get Madoka and bring her over, but that would mean bringing Madoka to Mikuni's house. So that'd be a no.

She could've bring Hitomi, the verdette had shown interest in Homura at some point in the timelines, she probably would play along.

Homura's eyes flickered to Sayaka. The bleunette was right there-

Homura's hand unwittingly raised up to head level.

-so it would've been much easier to just use Sayaka-

SLAP rung Homura's cheek as her own had almost dislocated her jaw, so hard she hit herself.

Then her thoughts finally re-structure themselves and start making sense again:

Why the hell did she feel the need to compete with the two crazy couples? Why couldn't she stop thinking about Madoka? Why in the hell would she ever consider cuddling Sayaka-

"Blegh," a tiny sound escaped Homura's lips. The girl pinched the bridge of her nose, shaking her head in exasperation. What was even up with her brain right then and there?

Homura stood up, looking at everywhere except at the cuddling couple or Sayaka, and carefully and quietly made her way out, setting out for the Kaname house without thought. She must've been feeling really tired, to have such unproductive thoughts, being close to Madoka, where she would be able to watch over her and protect her would probably help a lot.

Who knows, maybe instead of standing watch at The Tree, she could ask to go in and hang out, maybe hug Madoka-

SLAP!

Thankfully, nobody could hear Homura slapping herself in timestop.

I think we owe Oriko an apology. Even at her worst, she wasn't nearly as frustrating to deal with or as nonsensical as Rionna ;P

But seriously, we should thank everyone present for not being like Rionna in any way. I think that would help drive the point home just how terrible dealing with her was.

Whole Sayaka's idea about "zombies" (in original timeline) comes from that?

Yeah, that was pretty clearly the GM's way of saying the shades are gone- "What's done is done" and all that. Riona spoke about needing to maintain her shades IIRC? So I think they fade without her influence?

We've 'Lichbombed' Sayaka and Madoka (and Hitomi) a while ago, so they know.

The worry Sayaka's expressing is, I think, something that came up in thread. That Riona might still be aware right now, cut off from all her senses, in complete sensory deprivation.

That would be pretty much torture, so Sayaka's right to be concerned.

I guess we can combo shopping plus venting about the trials and tribulations of being a System Breaker with hopes to also be a System Fixer while shopping at the nearest Yakuza mall.
