Two main modifications, one just contacting Michiru ahead of time so she and the saints aren't caught off guard by our arrival and witchiness, the other a timeline reorganization, since it feels like it flows more naturally to me. (though note that the timeline modification was made before redshirt's latest vote)

Instead of getting rid of the utility fog entirely, strongly recommend reducing it to imperceptible levels but leaving enough behind for situational awareness. A few hundred particles per cubic centimeter should do the trick. I want to keep that up 24/7 from now on.

A thought here: Inoue Yuuki is one high utility meguca we know, but she may not be the one of the most interest to Kyouko specifically.
Sakura church has been bought by the Nakano corporation, and will be torn down in July. Coincidentally, we also know one Nakano Mika. If that girl is related to the corporation, and given her powerset, she could well be unusually potent due to being a company heiress or similar, getting her and Kyouko in touch could be very good for Kyouko.
And one of the quickest ways to find out if miss Nakano and the Nakano corporation are related is to simply call via telepathy and ask her.
EDIT:Telepathy might take more time than we have, but even generally, it might be wise to note there's a number of meguca we can put Kyouko in contact with if she wishes and let her choose if there's anyone she wants to talk to.

We won't have time to discuss that with Kyouko now, given our tight schedule, and even if they are related, as a magical girl who lives alone, Mika's influence on the company is likely limited. Something to look into, maybe during the trip to Asunaro, even, but we should have an actual solid lead before handing anything to Kyouko.
