Nope. I made that mistake, but Homura's ring still said "HOMURA" when we see it in Rebellion. Her earring says "HOMULILY" later on, but that's a whole seperate kettle of bullshit.

Homura clearly separated her soul in to multiple pieces to prevent the witch part of her from being taken by the law of cycles, after all Homura values all of herself dearly at the end of rebellion (about as much as she hates all of herself).
