But even that doesn't make much sense, because if she were then she'd have protected herself when Feathers dumped her inside a Witch barrier, and she wouldn't have lost control of her temper (and physical strength) when we did the Oriko reveal to her.

I'm of the opinion that if there's any "there" there, it's that Madokami raised Sayaka's Potential to give her more survivability, which integrated into her Potential by giving her cosmetic theme some divine elements.

Well...Mikiel wasn't really able to defend herself against Homucifer, if that's what Feathers is.

I'm not sure about pulling Sayaka into the conversation. I mean, we can, but it's not like Kazusa is pulling her friends in. Unless the other Saints are introduced, we should probably wait until after the conversation is over, and then tell Sayaka, Madoka and Hitomi that one of Mami's old kohais will be in town tomorrow with her team, and give details then.

So, I'd rework the above vote as:

Redshirt is correct here with the intent: The point is to glean information on Asunaro's magical girl situation in general, whether via Michiru's answer or her evasiveness. I hadn't wanted to put Yuuri's name in the vote since "in theory" we shouldn't know her and that makes me worried about dropping it in the vote directly.

But I do want to put a bit more thought into it.

As far our other friends, I'd like to let them voice their thoughts while the conversation is still going on. The essential thought could be brought up in conversation as to: "Ah, Mami, Michiru, we should ask our friends if they're okay with having visitors over."

The offer to make introductions is meant to be just that: An offer that both they and Michiru is free to accept or reject. The real meat is allowing them to chime in if they want to.

I dunno. It seems really unlikely to produce a useful response. Even if Yuuri hasn't witched out, what are the odds that Michiru will just happen to mention her when we ask about "politics"? What would differentiate a meaningful response from a meaningless one in this case? And in the context of the conversation we've been having, it will seem like a strange non sequitur.
 
Why not something like "ask if there's any other groups for you to cleanse while you're there"? If they're prepared for us it shouldn't add much time to the commute and it doesn't make us sound like the FBI.

Don't forget Homu the red-nosed meguca, whose timestop allows us to travel around the entire world in a single night to deliver all the hugs!
 
To be perfectly honest, I think Mami's the only one who Sabrina would hug asleep. :p

I mean, if she's on a sleepover and a wild Sayaka bumps into her while Sabrina is asleep, then we can't guarantee asleep Sayaka will remain free of hugs.

Otherwise, Sabrina is respectful and wouldn't hug or take photos of a guca while she's asleep.

I quite like the green edit, It's excellent, and some of the other stuff is great too, but I very much want to keep a part of the vote involving Homura and Sayaka in the whole "out of city visitors" thing. I want our friends involved in the decision, not us deciding for them. Sitll I think there's a better way to play it, which I've edited in below.

I will note that Michiru isn't just implying a grief seed crunch here either; There's a larger and more general series of problems going on with her.

I kept the green edit in the old position: You're right that the old version was a bit off but when the inquiry is phrased as "helping other girls in town" I think it follows the flow of conversation a lot better just by how it's falvored. (Magical girling has job workload problems > clear seed = part time job now? > are there other people who'd rather work part time?)

Again, I'll give an hour or so for people to chime in before I finalize the vote change.

I should just quickly clarify that I'm on discord but not the thread yet because I'm still reading through the thread (yes, this long one).
